Abstract

Un cable de forma irregular (1) y un método para manufacturar el cable. El cable de forma irregular incluye un núcleo conductor formado mediante al menos dos segmentos de núcleo conductor (11, 12, 13) que tiene diferentes formas transversales que se conectan de extremo a extremo. Una capa de aislamiento se envuelve sobre el segmento de núcleo conductor desde la parte externa, y el perfil de la capa de aislamiento se ajusta con los segmentos de núcleo conductor. El cable muestra excelente rendimiento de flexión, y se puede ajustar bien con la carrocería del vehículo, de este modo, ahorrándose el consumo de material y mejorando el rendimiento de seguridad. Al manufacturar el cable con núcleo conductor de aluminio o aleación de aluminio, se puede lograr una reducción de peso de la carrocería del vehículo y el costo de producción del vehículo automotor se puede reducir. El método de manufactura incluye una manufactura de los segmentos de núcleo de conductor (S1), una conexión de los segmentos de núcleo conductor (S2), y una manufactura de la capa de aislamiento (S3). Con este método, la eficiencia de producción y el rendimiento pueden ser mejorados efectivamente, y el costo de producción se puede reducir de acuerdo con los diferentes requerimientos de producción.
