Description
この構成によれば、ファブリックに含まれる導電性繊維を外部機器に電気的に接続させるとき、従来技術で説明した配線接続による電気的な配索を必要とすることなく、例えば、銅テープ(導電性部材)を使用した電気的な配索で済ませることができる。そのため、導電性繊維と配線との結線作業を要することなく、銅テープの貼り付け作業で済ませることができる。したがって、この電気的な配索を簡便に行うことができる。
(参考例1)
まず、参考例1を、図1〜2を参照して説明する。図1は、本発明の参考例1に係る導電性繊維の接続方法を説明する図である。図2は、図1の接続方法を車両用シートに適用した図である。この参考例1では、導電性部材として銅テープ20を例に説明している。
次に、参考例2を、図3を参照して説明する。図3は、本発明の参考例2に係る導電性繊維の接続方法を説明する図である。この参考例2は、既に説明した参考例1と比較すると、導電性部材が導電性を有するクリップ状に形成されたクリップ部材30である点が相違している。なお、以下の説明にあたって、参考例1と同一もしくは均等な構成の部材には、図面において同一符号を付すことで、重複する説明は省略することとする。このことは、後述する参考例3以降の各参考例についても同様である。
次に、参考例3を、図4を参照して説明する。図4は、本発明の参考例3に係る導電性繊維の接続方法を説明する図である。この参考例3は、既に説明した参考例1と比較すると、導電性部材が導電性を有する略コ字状に形成された挟持部材40である点が相違している。
次に、参考例4を、図5を参照して説明する。図5は、本発明の参考例4に係る導電性繊維の接続方法を説明する図である。この参考例4は、既に説明した参考例1と比較すると、導電性部材が導電性を有する薄板部材50である点が相違している。
次に、参考例5を、図6を参照して説明する。図6は、本発明の参考例5に係る導電性繊維の接続方法を説明する図である。この参考例5は、既に説明した参考例4と比較すると、薄板部材50を熱カシメによって保持させている点が相違している。
次に、実施例を、図7〜8を参照して説明する。図7は、本発明の実施例に係る導電性繊維の接続方法を説明する図である。図8は、図7の接続方法を車両用シートに適用した図である。この実施例は、既に説明した参考例1と比較すると、銅テープ20を利用して2枚のファブリック10を連結させている点が相違している。
実施例では、2枚のファブリック10を銅テープ20で連結させる構成を説明した。しかし、これに限定されるものでなく、2枚のファブリック10を連結させるとき、参考例2〜5で説明したように、クリップよる挟み込み、ボルトBとナットNによる保持、締結部材52による保持、熱カシメによる保持のいずれかで連結させても構わない。

Claims (1)
- ファブリックに含まれる導電性繊維を外部機器に電気的に接続可能となっており、
外部機器に電気的に接続されている導電性部材をファブリックに対して加圧状態で接触保持させることで、導電性繊維を外部機器に電気的に接続させ、
2枚のファブリックの縁を重ね合わせ、その重ね合わせた2枚のファブリックの両外面を挟み込む格好となるように、2枚のファブリックに対して導電性部材を加圧状態に接触保持させることで、導電性繊維を外部機器に電気的に接続可能となっており、
導電性部材を加圧状態に接触保持させている部位は、着座部位に形成されている折り込み溝に配置されている車両用シート。
