Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un freno de disco (10) comprendiendo una pinza de freno (1) tendida sobre un disco de freno (2), la pinza de freno referida teniendo una abertura (9) central encima del disco de freno (2). La pinza de freno comprende dos pastillas de freno (3, 3´) que están ubicadas en la pinza de freno (1), se pueden mover en direcciones opuestas y cada una de ellas tiene una placa de respaldo de pastilla (4) con un forro de fricción (5) fijado en ella. Una pastilla de freno (3) en el lado de acción o de aplicación de las dos pastillas de freno se puede presionar contra el disco de freno (2) por medio de una unidad de aplicación de freno con la ayuda de al menos un émbolo de freno. El freno comprende así mismo al menos un dispositivo de reposición con cuya ayuda la pinza de freno (1) se puede regresar. La unidad de reposición tiene una unidad de separación (8) que ataca en las pastillas de freno (3) opuestas entre sí y que actúa con una fuerza idéntica en dirección opuesta a la dirección de aplicación; la unidad de separación comprende unos elementos de separación elásticos que atacan cada una en su respectiva placa de respaldo de pastilla (4). La unidad de separación (8) se ubica en la abertura (9) central y los elementos separadores atacan directa o indirectamente afuera de los forros de fricción (5) en al menos dos regiones de contacto de las pastillas de freno (3), dichas regiones estando opuestas entre sí a una distancia del centro. La unidad de separación tiene brazos de resorte (20) que están interconectados en la región central de la abertura (9) y se conectan con un arco de retención (21) que está fijado en el portador de freno (6). Se manifiesta también un juego de pastillas de freno correspondiente.
