Abstract

Se proporciona un engrane dentado externamente (4) de un engranaje de ondas de tensión tipo dual (1) con unos primeros y segundos dientes externos (7, 8) que tienen diferente número de dientes, y una separación (9) formada entre estos dientes como un área de separación del cortador para cortador del diente. El grosor máximo L1 de la separación (9) es 0.1 a 0.3 veces el grosor L de los engranes dentados externamente. El grosor de la superficie superior del diente de los primeros dientes externos (7) a la parte más profunda (9a) de la separación es 0.9 a 1.3 veces la profundidad de los primeros dientes externos, y la profundidad de la superficie superior del diente de los segundos dientes externos (8) a la parte más profunda (9a) de la separación (9) es 0.9 a 1.3 veces la profundidad de los segundos dientes externos. Se aumenta la resistencia a la fatiga de la parte inferior del diente del engrane dentado externamente proporcionado con números diferentes de los primeros y segundos dientes externos, haciendo posible lograr un engranaje de ondas de tensión con alta capacidad de carga y pequeña relación de velocidad.
