Abstract

Se da a conocer un dulce, en donde se minimiza la pérdida de un componente suave contenido en el mismo, lo que permite que se disfruten los beneficios del componente suave, y se reduzca una sensación de aspereza en la boca. También se da a conocer un método para elaborar el dulce. El dulce (10) dado a conocer se dota de: una primera región (20) que contiene una dispersión que comprende un dispersoide líquido y un medio de dispersión basado en aceite; y una segunda región (30) que confina, por lo menos parcialmente, la primera región (20) y comprende una composición de caramelo macizo que se ha endurecido. El método dado a conocer para elaborar el dulce comprende un procedimiento en donde la dispersión, la cual comprende el dispersoide líquido y el medio de dispersión basado en aceite, se coloca en una composición de caramelo macizo fundida y luego la composición fundida se endurece.
