Abstract

Se describen un dispositivo de control de transmisión continuamente variable con base en banda y método de control, que puede mejorar colectivamente la eficiencia de conservación de energía y vibración de vehículo de control controlando el deslizamiento de banda y asegurar detectablemente el deslizamiento de banda estableciendo la amplitud de vibración de acuerdo con la relación de engrane de transmisión en la cual el control de deslizamiento de banda se lleva a cabo. Comprendiendo una polea primaria (42), una polea secundaria (43) y una banda (44), la relación de engrane de transmisión se controla por la relación del radio que cubre la polea de la banda (44) controlando una presión hidráulica primaria y una presión hidráulica secundaria. El mecanismo de transmisión continuamente variable basado en banda (4) se equipa con un medio de control de deslizamiento de banda (Figura 8), que vibra a una presión hidráulica secundaria, estima el deslizamiento de banda monitoreando la diferencia de fases ? entre el componente de vibración incluido en la presión hidráulica secundaria real y el componente de vibración incluido en la relación de engrane de transmisión real y lleva a cabo el control para reducir -la presión hidráulica secundaria real para mantener un deslizamiento de banda específico basado en el estimado y con un medio de establecimiento de amplitud de vibración (vibrador de onda seno 93a), que, cuando se controla el deslizamiento de banda y vibra la presión hidráulica secundaria, compara la amplitud de vibración de la presión hidráulica secundaria a una relación de engrane alta con aquella a una relación de engrane baja y la reduce.
