Abstract

Se provee un dispositivo de control de transmisión continuamente variable con base en banda y un método de control con el cual se puede mejorar el control de la estabilidad de la presión hidráulica secundaria mientras que asegura precisión de estimación del estado de deslizamiento de banda durante el control de deslizamiento de banda. El dispositivo tiene una polea primaria (42), una polea secundaria (43) y una banda (44) y también se provee una unidad de control de presión hidráulica secundaria (92) que determina la presión hidráulica secundaria instruida usando retroalimentación basado en la desviación () entre la presión hidráulica secundaria de punto fijo y la presión hidráulica real y que controla la precisión hidráulica secundaria a la polea secundaria (43). Un mecanismo de transmisión continuamente variable basado en banda (4) se provee con una banda, medios de control de deslizamiento (Figura 8) que estiman el deslizamiento de banda monitoreando la diferencia de fases (8) entre un componente de vibración incluido en la presión hidráulica secundaria real y un componente de vibración incluido en la relación de engrane de transición real y que ejecuta el control para reducirla presión hidráulica secundaria real para mantener un estado de deslizamiento de banda prescrito sobre dicha estimación. La unidad de control de presión hidráulica secundaria (92) suspende el control de retroalimentación de la presión hidráulica secundaria y control la presión hidráulica secundaria usando el control de bucle abierto durante el control de deslizamiento.
