Abstract
본 발명의 인산염 처리액과 상기 인산염 처리액에 의한 인산염 처리법은 강, 아연-도금된 강 또는 알루미늄 스트립의 웨브를 씻지 않고 인산염 처리하는데에 사용되는 것이 좋다(무세척 인산염처리). 이 인산염 처리액은 적어도 2 내지 25g/1의 아연 이온 및 50 내지 300g/1의 인산연 이온을 함유한다.

Claims (18)
- 강, 아연, 알루미늄 또는 그것들의 합금들의 표면을 산성 아연-및 인산염-함유 용액들에 의한 처리 및 상기 용액들의 무세척 건조에 의해 인산염 처리하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 표면을 2 내지 25g/1의 아연 이온 및 50 내지 300g/1의 인산염 이온을 함유하며 pH값이 1 내지 4인 인산염 처리액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 표면을 2 내지 25g/1의 망간 이온을 추가로 함유하는 인산염 처리액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 인산염 처리액은 다음의 성분들의 하나 또는 그 이상을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 방법 : 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 15g/1의 양의 Ni, Co, Ca, Mg, 더욱 바람직하게는 Ni, 3 내지 200mg/1의 양의 구리, 0.01 내지 5g/1의 양의 철에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상 추가된 이가 금속이온, 0.01 내지 5g/1의 유리 또는 복합형의 불화물, 3 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 0.1 내지 100g/1의 킬레이트 히드록시카르복실산들, 바람직하게는 타르타르산 및/또는 시트르산.
- 청구항 1 내지 3의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 처리액은 유리 산의 함유량이 0 내지 100 포인트이고, 전체 산 함유량은 40 내지 400 포인트이며 바람직하게는 유리 산 대 전체 산의 비가 1 : 4 내지 1 : 20 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 4의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 처리액은 온도가 15 내지 80℃, 바람직하게는 20 내지 40℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 5의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 처리액은 금속 이온들, 인산 및, 존재하는 경우, 청구항 2에 따른 기타 성분들의 합으로서 정의된 활성 물질의 함유량이 5.5 내지 35중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 6의 한 항에 있어서, 이동 금속 스트립들의 표면을 처리하기 위한 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 7의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 처리액을 표면에 분무하여, 바람직하게는 스퀴즈 롤들에 의해, 2 내지 10ml/㎡의 액체 필름 코팅이 되게 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 7의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 처리액을 2 내지 10ml/㎡의 액체 필름 코팅으로서 도포기롤들에 의해 표면에 도포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 7의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면을 인산염 처리액에 침지시키며, 이 인산염 처리액에서 빼낸 후, 그 표면상에, 바람직하게는 스퀴즈 롤들에 의해, 2 내지 10ml/㎡의 액체 필름 코팅을 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 10의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 처리액은 5.5 내지 35중량%의 활성 물질 함유량, 1.0 내지 2.2의 pH 값 및/또는 1 : 5 내지 1 : 6 의 (이가 금속 이온들의 합) 대 인산염의 중량비를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 융해-아연도금된 강의 연속 스트립들의 표면을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 10의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 처리액은 5.5 내지 20중량%의 활성 물질 함유량, 1.5 내지 3.5의 pH값 및/또는 1 : 5 내지 1 : 6의 (이가 금속 이온들의 합) 대 인산염의 중량비 그리고 바람직하게는, 3 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 1 내지 5중량%의 킬레이트 히드록시카르복실산, 바람직하게는 시트르산 및/또는 타르타르산을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 전기분해-아연도금된 강의 이동 스트립들의 표면을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 10의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 처리액은 5.5 내지 25중량%의 활성 물질 함유량, 2.0 내지 4.0의 pH값 및/또는 1 : 2.5 내지 1: 6의 (이가 금속 이온들의 합) 대 인산염의 중량비 그리고 바람직하게는, 3 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 1 내지 10중량%의 킬레이트 히드록시카르복실산, 바람직하게는 시트르산 및/또는 타르타르산을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 냉간압연-비아연도금된 강의 표면을 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 13의 한 항에 있어서, 건조는 온도 50 내지 120℃에서 바람직하게는 60 내지 90℃에서, 바람직하게는 건조 오븐에서, 뜨거운 기체들 바람직하게는 공기를 불어넣기 및/또는 적외선 복사에의 노출에 의해 수행되고, 표면과 인산염 처리액간의 첫 번째 접촉과 건조 단계의 끝 사이의 시간 경과는 바람직하게는 3 내지 30초임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 14의 한 항에 있어서, 0.3 내지 3g/㎡의 코팅 중량을 갖는 결정질 또는 X-선-비결정질 아연-함유 인산염 코팅을 제조하기 위해 강, 아연, 알루미늄 또는 그것들의 합금들의 표면을 예비처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 강, 아연, 알루미늄 또는 그것들의 합금들의 표면을 인산염으로 처리하기 위한 아연-및 망간-함유의 산성 수성 인산염 처리액으로서, 2 내지 25g/1의 아연이온, 2 내지 25g/1의 망간 이온 및 50 내지 300g/1의 인산염 이온을 함유하며 pH값이 1 내지 4임을 특징으로 하는 인산염 처리액.
- 청구항 16에 있어서, 다음의 성분들의 하나 또는 그 이상을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 인산염 처리액 : 바람직하게는, 0.1 내지 15g/1의 양의 Ni, Co, Ca, Mg, 더욱 바람직하게는 Ni, 0.01 내지 5g/1의 양의 철, 3 내지 200mg/1의 양의 구리에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상 추가된 이가 금속 이온, 0.01 내지 5g/1의 유리 또는 복합형의 불화물, 3 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 0.1 내지 100g/1의 킬레이트 히드록시카르복실산들, 바람직하게는 타르타르산 및/또는 시트르산.
