Abstract

본 발명은 조작되어 작동하는 제1밸브단(14,16)과 자발적으로 작동하는 제2밸브단(16,20)으로 이루어진 2개의 밸브단을 구비한 유리하게는 전자석적으로 조작되는 제어가능한 밸브(10)에 관한 것이다. 제1밸브단(14,18)의 개방 횡단면이 작고, 제2밸브단(16,20)의 개방 횡단면이 크다. 제1밸브단(14,18)은 제2밸브단 (16,20)을 폐쇄상태로 유지한다. 제1밸브단(14,18)의 개방시에 스프링 부재(32)가 제2밸브단(16,20)을 개방한다. 본 발명에 의거한 밸브(10)는 조작력이 얼마 안된다고 하는 이점을 갖고, 그 경우, 전조작력은 제1밸브단(14,18)에만 사용된다. 본 발명에 의거한 밸브는 또한 개방 횡단면이 크고, 따라서 흐름저항이 작다고 하는 이점이 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 제1밸브 시트와 협동하는 제1조작가능한 밸브 폐쇄체를 구비한 제1밸브단을 갖는 제어가능한 밸브에 있어서, 제2밸브시트(2O)와 협동하는 제2밸브 폐쇄체(16)를 구비한 제2밸브단이 마련되어 있고, 제2밸브시트의 개방 횡단면이 제1 밸브시트(18)의 개방횡단면에 비하여 크고 제1밸브단(14,18)이 폐쇄될 때에 제2밸브단(16,2O)을 폐쇄하고, 또한 그 때, 제2밸브 폐쇄체(16)가 제1밸브단(14,18)의 개방시에 스프링 부재(32)에 의해 제2밸브시트(2O)로부터 분리되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어가능한 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2밸브 폐쇄체(16)가 제1밸브 시트(18)를 구비하고 있고, 또한, 제1밸브 폐쇄체(14)가 제1밸브시트(18)에의 압착시에 제2밸브 폐쇄체(l6)를 제2밸브 시트(2O)에 압착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어가능한 밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1밸브폐쇄체(14)가 스프링 부재(28)에 의해 제1밸브시트(18)로 압착되고, 그 때, 상기 스프링 부재(28)의 힘이 제2밸브 폐쇄체(16)의 스프링 부재(32)의 힘에 비하여 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 제어가능한 밸브.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브(1O)가 제l밸브 폐쇄체(14)의 조작을 위한 전자석(30,44)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어가능한 밸브.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1밸브 폐쇄체(14)와 제2밸브 폐쇄체(16)가 동축적으로, 제2밸브 시트(2O)를 구비한 관부재(34)내에서 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어가능한 밸브.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 원통형의 마그네트 코어(30)가 동축적으로, 또한 액압적으로 밀접하게 관부재(34)내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어가능한 밸브.
  7. 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1밸브 폐쇄체(14)가 가동자(12)를 구비하고 있고, 또한, 관부재(34)의 길이방향 부분이 전자석이 코일에 의해 둘러쌓여 있고, 이 길이방향 부분내에 마그네트 코어(3O) 및 가동자(12)가 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어가능한 밸브.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브(1O)가 안티록 장치 또는 트랙션 제어장치 또는 차량동력 제어장치를 구비한 액압적인 차량 브레이크 장치의 흡입 밸브로서 형성되어 있고 또한 마스터 브레이크 실린더(8O)로부터 나온 흡입 도관내에서 복귀반송 펌프의 상류에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 가능한 밸브.
