Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 밸브 폐쇄 위치에 효과적인 유동의 축소된 교차 구역을 자동적으로 세팅하기 위한 것이다.
상기 밸브(10)는 휴식 위치에서 개방되는 제1시이트 밸브(30)의 폐쇄 부재(24)를 이동하는 밸브 태핏(22)과 밸브 돔(14)에서 세로 방향으로 이동할 수 있는 자기 아마츄어(21)를 가진다. 자기 아마츄어(21)의 양단부에서 축선으로 배치된 챔버(46,49)에 통하고 두개의 압력-매체 통로(45,48)로부터, 제1시이트 밸브(30)는 밸브 챔버(35)에 위치된다. 폐쇄부재로부터 먼 조정 챔버(46)와 폐쇄부재와 근접된 균형부재(49) 사이의 연결부는 휴식 위치에서 개방된 제2시이트 밸브(51)에 의해 자기 아마츄어(21) 옆에 조절된다. 제2시이트 밸브(54)가 개방 위치에 있을 때, 폐쇄 부재로부터 원격진 조정 챔버(46)에서의 압력은 제1시이트 밸브(30)의 유동 교차부분을 감소시키는 복귀 스프링(31)의 힘과 반대로 자기 아마츄어(21)를 배치시킨다.

제1도는 전자기 작동 밸브를 통하여 절개한 종단면을 나타내고, 제1도의 X에 의해 지시된 한개의 시이트 밸브의 에어리어는 제2도에 상세히 도시되고, 제1도의 Y에 의해 지시된 다른 시이트 밸브의 에어리어는 제3도에 상세히 도시되며, 제4도는 제2도에 도시된 다른 시이트 밸브가 도시된다, 제2도는 내지 제4도는 제1도의 다른 범위로 이루어진 단면도이다.
Claims (6)
- 자동차의 유압 앤티로크 브레이크 시스템용 전자기 작동 밸브에 있어서, -자기 아마츄어(21)는 폐쇄된 밸브 돔(14)에 세로 이동식 형태로 수용되고, -밸브 돔(14)은 솔레노이드로 감싸지고, -아마츄어로부터 원격 진 단부에 배치된 폐쇄부재(24)를 가진 밸브 태핏(22)은 자기 아마츄어(21)로부터 발산하고, -압력-매체 유입구로서 밸브 시이트(29)를 가진 밸브체(27)는 밸브(10)의 하우징(11)내에 고정되고, -비여기된 솔레노이드 상태에서, 폐쇄부재(24)는 복귀 스프링(31)의 작동에 기인하여 밸브 시이트(29)로부터 상승되고, -밸브 시이트(29)를 가진 밸브체(27)의 파트와 폐쇄부재(24)는 제1시이트 밸브(30)를 형성하고, 밸브체(10)의 압력-매체 유출구에 연결된 밸브 챔버(35)에 위치되고, -밸프 챔버(35)는 보유 공간으로써 작동하는 밸브 서브 챔버(43)를 가지고, 폐쇄부재로부터 원격진 자기 아마츄어(21)의 단부(47)와 밸브 돔(14) 사이에 위치된 조정 챔버(46)로 안내하는 제1압력-매체 통로(45)가 방출되고, 제2압력-매체 통로(48)는 밸브 챔버(35)에서 폐쇄부재에 폐쇄된 자기 아마츄어(21)의 일단부(50)와 밸브(10)의 폴 코어(13)사이에 배치된 균형부재(49)로 이르고, 밸브 서브 챔버(43)에서 발생된 압력은 조정 챔버(46)에서 발생 가능하고 자기 아마츄어(21)에 작용하는 힘은 복귀 스프링(31)의 힘과 반대이고 휴식 위치와 다른 부분적으로 폐쇄된 위치를 나타내는 시이트 밸브(30)에 기인하며, 자기 아마츄어(21)의 원주에 따라 압력-매체-전달 연결부는 조정 챔버(46)와 균형 챔버(49) 사이에 제공되고, 압력-매체-전달 연결부는 제2시이트 밸브(51)에 의해 조절되고, 휴식 위치와 상기 휴식 위치로 부터 수행되는 자기 아마츄어의 제1부분 스트로크 동안, 압력-매체-전달 연결부는 개방되고, 작동 위치에서와 상기 위치로부터 수행되는 자기 아마츄어의 제2부분 스트로크 동안, 압력-매체-전달 연결부는 제2시이트 밸브(51)에 의해 폐쇄된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 시이트로서 밸브의 폴 코어(13)와 작동되고 축선 방향에서 탄력적으로 가요성이 있는 폐쇄 소자(54)는 자기 아마츄어(21)에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄부재(54)는 플라스틱으로 구성된 직선공 실린더이고, 자기 아마츄어(21)의 원주상에 설치되며 상기 자기 아마츄어(21)의 스트로크 길이 약 절반만큼 폐쇄 소자에 폐쇄되는 자기 아마츄어(21)의 단부(50)에 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄부재(54)는 잔존 에어리어에서 축선 가동식 형태와 폴 코어로부터 먼 에어리어에서 압입 끼워맞춤으로 자기 아마츄어(21)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1시이트 밸브(30)의 상기 폐쇄부재(24)는 적어도 밸브-시이트 측부에 구면 또는 원뿔 형태로 되고, 밸브 태핏(22)에 배치된 슬리브형 배플 소자(38) 옆의 밸브체(27)의 짧은 간격내에 감싸지며, 후반부에 축선으로, 밸브 시이트(39)로부터 돌출되는 압력-매체 제트가 폐쇄 소자(24)와 배플소자(38) 사이의 갭(39)으로 들어가므로, 밸브 챔버(35)로부터 분리되어 가려진 연결부인, 제1압력-매체 통로(45)와 함께 압력-매체-전달 연결부는 상기 갭(39)으로부터 시작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1시이트 밸브(30)의 밸브 시이트(29)는 밸브체(27)의 스터드형 신장부(27')에 배치되고 상기 신장부(27')는 밸브 태핏(22)의 배플 소자(38) 옆의 원주에 겹쳐진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
