Abstract

본 발명은 생체 흡수성 친수성 재료로 이루어지는 다공성 구조체의 표면에 생체 흡수성 고분자 재료로 이루어지는 표면층을 갖는 복합 다공질체에, 골 유도인자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골 형성용 이식체에 관한 것이다. 바람직하게, 생체 흡수성 친수성 재료는 젤라틴, 히알루론산, 히알루론산 유도체, 콜라겐, 콜라겐 유도체, 키토산, 키토산 유도체 및 트리에탄올아민 알기네이트로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하며, 생체 흡수성 고분자 재료는 폴리락트산, 폴리락트산 폴리글리콜산 공중합체 및 폴리〔비스b-카복시페녹시)프로판〕무수물과 세바신산과의 공중합체로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함한다. 본 발명의 골 형성용 이식체는 성형성 ·조적성에 있어 우수하고, 생체내 골 신현성에 적하한 내부 구조를 지니기 때문에, 골 이식은 이식체의 주변부 뿐만 아니라 이식체의 내부에서도 일어난다.

Claims (13)

  1. 생체 흡수성 친수성 재료로 이루어지는 다공성 구조체의 표면에 생체 흡수성 고분자 재료로 이루어지는 표면층을 갖는 복합 다공질체에, 골 유도 인자를 담지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골 형성용 이식체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생체 흡수성 친수성 재료가, 젤라틴, 히알루론산, 히알루론산 유도체, 콜라겐, 콜라겐 유도체, 키토산, 키토산 유도체 및 알긴산 트리에탄올 아민으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물이고, 생체 흡수성 고분자 재료가 폴리락트산, 폴리락트산 폴리글리콜산 공중합체 및 폴리〔비스(P-카복시페녹시)프로판〕 무수물과 세바신산과의 공중합체로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물인 골 형성용 이식체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 생체 흡수성 친수성 재료가, 젤라틴, 젤라턴/히알루론산폴리이온복합체, 및 콜라겐으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물인 글 형성용 이식체.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 생체 흡수성 고분자 재료가, 평균 분자량 5,OOO 내지 1,500,O0O의 폴리락트산 및 평균 분자량 5,00O 내지 1,500,000의 폴리락트산의 함유율(몰비)이 40% 이상인 폴리락트산 폴리글리콜산 공중합체로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물인 골 형성용 이식체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 복합 다공질체의 표면층에 추가로 계면활성체를 첨가한 골 형성용 이식체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 복합 다공질체의 평균 구멍 직경이 1O 내지 1,OOO㎛이고, 기공율이 60% 이상인 골 형성용 이식체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 복합 다공질체의 평균 구멍 직경이 4O 내지 600㎛이고, 기공율이 80% 이상인 골 형성용 이식체.
  8. 제3항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 다공성 구조체가 평균 구멍 직경 5O 내지 500㎛이고 기공율 90% 이상의 젤라틴 스폰지인 골 형성용 이식체.
  9. 젤라틴, 히알루론산 및 히알루론산 유도체로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 생체흡수성 친수성 재료로 이루어지는 다공성 구조체의 표면에, 폴리락트산, 폴리락트산 폴리글리콜산 공중합체 및 폴리〔비스-(p-카르복시페녹시)프로판〕 무수물과 세바신산과의 공중합체로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 생체 흡수성 고분자 재료를 부여하여 형성되는 복합 다공질체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 생체 흡수성 친수성 재료가, 젤라틴 및 젤라틴/히알루론산 폴리 이온 복합체로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물인 복합 다공질체.
  11. 제9항 또는 제1O항에 있어서, 생체 흡수성 고분자 재료가, 평균 분자량5,OOO 내지 1,500,OO의 폴리락트산 및 평균 분자량 5,0OO 내지 1,500,OOO의 폴리락트산의 함유율(몰비)이 40% 이상인 폴리락트산 폴리글리콜산공중합체로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 l종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물인 복합 다공질체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 다공성 구조체가, 평균구멍 직경 5O 내지 500㎛이고 기공율90% 이상의 젤라틴 스폰지인 다공질체.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 복합 다공질체의 표면층에 추가로 계면활성체를 첨가한 복합 다공질체.
