Abstract

순환수, 정지수 및 유수 중의 하나의 양태의 오수와 이의 접촉 부분에서도 충분한 항균성을 장기간에 걸쳐 보유하는 항균성 고형물, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 이용방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 한가지 양태의 항균성 고형물은 항균 금속 이온과 금속 상태의 항균 금속을 둘다 함유함을 특징으로 한다. 일반적으로, 항균 금속 이온은 어느 농도 이상으로 피처리액에 존재하는 경우에 항균 효과는 강하지만 피처리액 속에서 신속하게 방출되어 소모되므로 이의 항균 효과는 오래 계속되지 않는다고 한다. 한편, 금속 상태의 항균 금속은 속효성이 없지만 일정한 정도의 균 억제효과를 장기간 동안 계속하여 발휘한다고 되어 있다. 따라서, 항균 금속 이온과 금속 상태의 항균 금속을 둘다 함유하는 항균성 고형물은 초기의 강한 항균성과 장기간 계속하는 균 억제성을 아울러 갖는다.

Claims (26)

  1. 항균 금속 이온과 금속 상태의 항균 금속을 둘다 함유함을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물.
  2. 기재의 항균 금속 이온과 금속 상태의 항균 금속이 둘다 고정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물.
  3. 기재, 기재에 고정된 항균 금속 이온층 및 항균 금속 이온층 위에 고정된, 항균 금속 이온이 통과할 수 있는 금속 상태의 항균 금속층을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 금속 상태의 항균 금속층이 이온 용출 억제층인 항균성 고형물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 이온 용출 억제층이 광촉매를 추가로 함유하는 항균성 고형물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 이온 용출 억제층이 항균 금속 이온의 석출 반응에 기초하여 피처리액 속의 항균 금속 이온 농도를 자동 조정하는 기능을 갖는 항균성 고형물.
  7. 기재, 기재에 고정된 항균 금속 이온층, 항균 금속 이온층 위에 고정된, 금속 상태의 항균 금속을 함유하는 이온 용출 억제층 및 이온 용출 억제층 위에 고정된, 표층 항균 금속 이온층을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물.
  8. 제2항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재가 다공질 세라믹인 항균성 고형물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제 8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항균 금속이 은, 구리 또는 아연을 함유하는 항균성 고형물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항균 금속이 은과 구리를 함유하는 항균성 고형물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 상태의 항균 금속이, 평균 입자 직경이 100nm이하인 금속 입자인 항균성 고형물.
  12. 기재 표면에 항균 금속 이온을 적용하는 이온 적용 공정 및 항균 금속 이온의 일부를 금속 상태의 항균 금속으로 환원시키는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 다공질 기재의 항균 금속 이온을 함칩시킴으로써 항균 금속 이온을 적용하는 항균성 고형물의 제조방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 환원 공정에서 광조사, 회생 산화제 또는 열처리에 의한 환원방법을 사용하는 항균성 고형물의 제조방법.
  15. 다공질 기재 표면에 다공질의 광촉매층을 형성시키는 광촉매층 형성 공정, 광촉매층이 형성된 기재에 항균 금속 이온을 함침시키는 함침 공정 및 항균 금속 이온을 함유하는 광촉매층에 빛을 조사하는 광촉매층속에 금속상태의 항균 금속을 석출시키는 조사 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물의 제조방법.
  16. 무기 다공질 기재를 준비하는 공정, 기재에 산화티탄 졸을 도포한 후에 소성하여 TiO2로 이루어진 다공질 광촉매층을 기재 위에 형성시키는 공정, 광촉매층이 형성된 기재를 항균 금속 이온을 함유하는 용액속에 침지시키는 공정 및 항균 그미속 이온을 함유하는 광촉매층에 광을 조사하여 광촉매층 속에 금속 상태의 항균금속을 석출시키는 조사 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물의 제조방법.
  17. 기재, 기재에 고정된 항균 금속 이온층 및 항균 금속 이온층 위에 고정된 금속 상태의 항균 금속을 함유하는 이온 용출 억제층을 구비하는 항균성 고형물을 피처리액 속에 넣고 항균성 고형물에 자외선을 포함하는 빛을 조사하여 항균성 고형물 표면에서 금속 상태의 항균 금속의 석출을 제어함으로써 항균 금속 이온의 피처리책 속으로의 방출량을 제어함을 특징으로 하는 액체의 항균 처리방법.
  18. 기재, 기재에 고정된 은 이온 및/또는 구리 이온층 및 당해 이온층 위에 고정된 이온 용출 억제층을 구비하는 항균성 고형물을 피처리액 속에 넣고 이온을 피처리액 속으로 서서히 방출함을 특징으로 하는 액체의 항균 처리방법.
  19. 제1항 내지 제11항에 따르는 항균성 고형물이 충전층을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
  20. 제1항 내지 제11항에 따르는 항균성 고형물이 배수 트랩 또는 트랩 덮개에 배치함을 특징으로 하는 트랩 또는 트랩 덮개의 오염 방지방법.
  21. 초기에 살균성이 강한 항균 성분을 방출하는 항균제(초기 효력성 항균제)와 장기간에 걸쳐 균 억제성이 있는 항균 성분을 방출하는 항균제(장기 효력성 항균제)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물.
  22. 기재 표면에 초기 효력성 항균제와 장기 효력성 항균제가 고정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물.
  23. 기재 표면에 광촉매 기능이 있는 물질로 이루어진 층(광촉매층)을 개재(介在)하여 초기 효력성 항균제와 장기 효력성 항균제가 고정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물.
  24. 제21항 내지 제23항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초기 효력성 항균제가 항균성 금속 이온을 함유하고 장기 효력성 항균제가 금속 상태의 항균성 금속을 함유하는 항균성 고형물.
  25. 항균 성분의 저장 부분고 저장 부분으로부터의 항균 성분이 용출되는 것을 억제하는 억제층을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 항균성 고형물.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 항균 성분을 방출하는 표면층을 추가로 갖는 항균성 고형물.
