Claims (40)

  1. 엔진, 마찰클러치같은 토크전달시스템과 변속기를 장착한 차량에서 토크전달 시스템은 토크전달시스템에 의해 전달된 토크를 제어하거나 토크의 변속기를 개시하고/또는 중지하기 위한 제1장치를 포함하고 변속기는 기어전이 경로내에서 기어전이 작동을 개시하기 위한 제2장치와 필요하다면 기어전이경로사이에 기어비 선택작동을 개시하기 위한 제3장치를 포함하는 작동장치에 있어서, 전자제어장치는 클러치작동, 기어전이 또는 기어비 선택작동의 조절위한 3개의 장치중 하나를 계획된 방식으로 작동하도록 설비된 적어도 하나의 액터를 작동하도록 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  2. 엔진, 마찰클러치같은 토크전달시스템과 변속기를 장착한 차량에서 토크전달 시스템은 토크전달시스템에 의해 전달된 토크를 제어하거나 토크의 변속기를 개시하고/또는 중지하기 위한 제1장치를 포함하고 변속기는 기어전이 경로내에서 기어전이 작동을 개시하기 위한 제2장치와 필요하다면 기어전이 경로사이에 기어비 선택작동을 개시하기 위한 제3장치를 포함하는 작동장치에 있어서, 전자제어장치는 클러치작동, 기어전이 또는 기어비 선택작동의 개시를 3개의 장치중 두 개를 계획된 방식으로 작동하도록 설비된 2개의 액터와 클러치작동, 기어전이와/또는 기어비선택작동의 개시를 위한 제3장치를 계획된 방식으로 작동하기 위해 설비된 나머지 것을 작동하도록 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  3. 엔진, 마찰클러치같은 토크전달시스템과 변속기를 장착한 차량에서 토크전달 시스템은 토크전달시스템에 의해 전달된 토크를 제어하거나 토크의 변속기를 개시하고/또는 중지하기 위한 제1장치를 포함하고 변속기는 기어전이 경로내에서 기어전이 작동을 개시하기 위한 제2장치와 필요하다면 기어전이 경로사이에 기어비 선택작동을 개시하기 위한 제3장치를 포함하는 작동장치에 있어서, 전자제어장치는 클러치작동, 기어전이 또는 기어비 선택작동의 조절위한 3개의 장치중 두 개를 계획된 방식으로 작동하도록 설비된 2개의 액터와 클러치작동, 기어전이와 기어비 선택작동의 개시를 위한 3개의 장치중 2개를 계획된 방식으로 작동하도록 설비된 나머지 것을 작동하도록 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1액터는 제1장치와 제2장치를 작동하고 제2액터는 제1장치와 제3장치를 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 제1액터는 제2와 제3장치를 작동하고 제2액터는 제1과 제2장치를 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 제1액터는 제1과 제3장치를 작동하고 제2액터는 제2장치를 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  7. 엔진, 마찰클러치같은 토크전달시스템과 변속기를 장착한 차량에서 토크전달 시스템은 토크전달시스템에 의해 전달된 토크를 제어하거나 토크의 변속기를 개시하고/또는 중지하기 위한 제1장치를 포함하고 변속기는 기어전이 경로내에서 기어전이 작동을 개시하기 위한 제2장치와 필요하다면 기어전이 경로사이에 기어비 선택작동을 개시하기 위한 제3장치를 포함하는 작동장치에 있어서, 액터는 클러치와 기어전이와 기어비 선택작동의개시를 위한 3개의 장치를 계획된 방식으로 작동하기 위한 전자제어장치에 의해 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  8. 엔진, 마찰클러치와 같은 토크전달시스템과 변속기어같은 변속기를 장착한 차량에서 토크전달 시스템은 토크전달 시스템에 의해 전달된 토크를 제어하거나 마찰클러치에 의한 토크의 변속기를 개시/또는 중지하기 위한 제1장치를 포함하고 변속기는 기어전이 통로내에서 전이 또는 선택하도록 전이/선택축같은 적어도 하나의 축, 기어전이 경로내에서 전이작동의 개시를 위한 제2장치와 기어전이경로사이 기어비 선택작동의 개시와 변속기의 기어연결을 위한 제3장치를 포함하는 작동장치에 있어서, 전자제어장치는 적어도 하나의 액터를 작동하는데 제공되고 액터는 클러치작동, 기어전이와 기어비 선택작동을 개시하기 위한 장치중 적어도 2개를 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  9. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 중앙컴퓨터가 있는 전자제어장치는 제1액터와 제2액터를 작동하도록 제공되고 제1액터는 클러치작동, 기어전이와 기어비선택작동의 개시를 위한 3개의 장치중 2개를 작동하고 제2액터는 클러치작동, 제1액터에 의해 작동되지 않는 기어전이 또는 기어비 선택작동의 개시를 위한 장치중 하나를작동하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  10. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 제1액터는 기어전이와 기어비선택작동을 개시하고 제2액터는 클러치 작동을 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  11. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 제1액터는 클러치작동과 기어전이 작동을 개시하고 제2액터는 기어비 선택작동을 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  12. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 제1액터는 클러치작동과 기어비 선택작동을 개시하고 제2액터는 기어전이작동을 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  13. 제1-12항 중 하나에 있어서, 액터에 의한 기어전이와 기어비 선택작동과 클러치의 작동의 개시는 액터의 설계가 분리된 장치의 작동에서 지정된 순서를 결정하는 방식으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  14. 제1-13항 중 하나에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 액터에 의한 기어전이와 기어비 선택작동의 개시는 상이한 기어비로 순차적으로 전이에 영향주도록 설비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  15. 제1-14항 중 하나에 있어서, 기어전이와 기어비 선택작동의 개시와 적어도 하나의 액터의 설계는 효과있는 기어비에서 다른 기어비로 전이를 보증하는 방식으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  16. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 모터같은 구동요소를 갖는 적어도 하나의 제1액터에서 액터는 적어도 하나의 전달기어에 의해 구동요소의 구동운동을 클러치작동, 기어전이 또는 기어비 선택작동의 개시를 위한 장치중 적어도 2개의 운동을 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 캠기어, 디스크캠 매카니즘 또는 제네바 운동 또는 슬라이더 크랭크 또 리프팅(lifting) 크랭크 조합 또는 웜기어 또는 유성기어는 클러치 작동, 기어전이와 기어비선택작동중 적어도 하나의 개시를 위해 전달기어로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 전달기어는 단일방향으로 캠기어에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 전달기어의 적어도 하나는 폼 락킹(form-locking) 연결 또는 제한된 안내를 갖는 캠기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 폼 락킹 연결은 그루브(groove)로 들어가도록 설비된 레버에 의해 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  21. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 캠기어는 롤러를 제공하는 레버같은 선회가능한 암(arm) 또는 퓨셔(pusher)의 축방향 또는 반경변위 또는 선회운동에 영향을 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  22. 제14항에 있어서, 클러치작동, 기어전이 또는 기어비 선택작동을 개시하기 위한 적어도 하나의 장치의 작동을 위한 작동장치는 축상 또는 반경변위에 반응해 장치의 운동을 개시하기 위해 롤러가 캠경로에 있거나 판을 따르는 캠기어의 설계를 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  23. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 회전 쓰레딩(threading) 또는 퓨싱(pushing) 같은 구동운동은 전달기어에 의해 커플링과/또는 스위칭과/또는 선택을 위한 작동운으로 변환하여 액터의 운동은 작동특성을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  24. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 커플링, 전이 또는 선택을 포함하는 작동의 적어도 2개의 개시를 위한 기능의 순서는 피스톤의 변위, 변위는 피스톤에 의해 도달된 경로의 함수로 포트(port)에 의해 제어되는 클러치와 기어전이 작동의 작동을 위해 제공되는 점에서 정수압 조합에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  25. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 커플링, 기어전이와 기어비선택 같은 기능의 적어도 2개의 개시는 클러치, 기어전이 또는 기어비 선택작동의 작동을 각각 개시하기 위해 작동가능한 적절한 밸브가 있는 유압 조합체에 의존해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  26. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 클러치 작동, 기어전이와/또는 기어비선택작동을 수행하기 위해 작동의 도해적 형식이 주기적으로 또는 연속적으로 실린더의 원주 또는 축방향에 묘사되고 원주방향 또는 축방향으로 실린더의 운동에서 설정에 반응해 수행되어 순차적 적당한 주기성으로 변속기와 클러치의 작동을 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  27. 제19항에 있어서, 클러치작동, 기어전이 또는 기어비선택 작동의 개시를 위한 주기성을 이용해 단일 제어캠의 반복되는 경로에 의해 복수의 제어캠 사용을 피하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  28. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 변속기와 클러치의 작동의 개시를 위한 작동장치는 기어전이, 기어비선택과 클러치 작동을 자동으로 하기 위해 변속기의 외부에 설치하고 작동장치는 전달장치에 의해 변속기의 내부에서 기어전이/비 선택축에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 액터의 배치는 클러치벨의 외부나 내부에서 실현되지만 변속기의 내부는 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  30. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 수동으로 전이가능한 변속기의 기본적인 변경을 수행할 필요없이 수동으로 전이가능한 변속기의 자동화를 위한 작동장치를 사용할 수 있게 하는 방식으로 액터가 설치되고 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치와 변속기의 자동작동을 위한 작동장치.
  31. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 작동장치는 부가요소 부품같은 보조요소로서 수동으로 전이가능한 변속기같은 존재하는 변속기에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치와 변속기의 자동작동을 위한 작동장치.
  32. 상기 청구항 중 한항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 구동장치의 작동힘을 보조하기 위한 힘보상과/또는 힘보조장치로서 적어도 하나의 에너지저장요소의 설비를 특징으로 하는 클러치와 변속기의 자동작동을 위한 작동장치.
  33. 상기 청구항 중 한 항에 있어서, 캠형상에 의해 적어도 하나의 구동장치의 작동힘을 보조하는 힘보상과/또는 힘 보조장치로서 적어도 하나의 에너지 저장요소의 설비를 특징으로 하는 클러치와 변속기의 자동작동을 위한 작동장치.
  34. 상기 청구항 중 하나에 있어서, 작동경로같은 변수를 나타내는 작동힘과/또는 수치를 감지하는 적어도 하나의 센서장치의 설비를 특징으로 하는 클러치와 변속기의 자동작동을 위한 작동장치.
