Abstract
본 발명은 서로 대향 위치된 적어도 한 쌍의 동축 밸브를 구비한 밸브 유니트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라, 양쪽 밸브에 공통인 밸브 요소는 일체형 슬리브형 밸브 요소(20)로서 설계되며, 상기 일체형 슬리브형 밸브 요소는 밸브 하우징(14)의 구멍에 고정 장착되고 각각의 그 두 단부면상에는, 각각의 연관 밸브(10,12)의 이동 가능한 밸브 몸체(16)와 함께 작동하기 위한 각각의 밸브 시트(18)를 갖는다.

제2도 및 제3도는 제1도에 따른 밸브 유니트에 대한 역지 밸브 장치의 대표적인 2개의 적합한 실시예를 도시한 도면.
Claims (8)
- 압력 매체 채널이 연장하는 기준면에 대해 서로 대향 위치된 한쌍 이상의 동축 밸브를 구비한 밸브 유니트로서, 상기 밸브 유니트는 각각 밸브 몸체를 구비하고 그와 함께 작용하고 제어 가능한 구동 장치에 의해 작동 가능하며 압력 매체 연결부를 축상의 중간 구멍으로부터 또는 축상의 중간 구멍으로 개폐시키기 위한 축상의 연속 중간 구멍 및 상기 연속 중간 구멍과 압력 매체 채널로 연결된 가로 구멍을 구비한 공통의 밸브 요소를 갖는 밸브 유니트에 있어서, 상기 공통 밸브 요소는 일체형 슬리브형상의 밸브 요소(20)로 설계되며, 상기 일체형 슬리브형상의 밸브 요소는 밸브 하우징(14)의 구멍에 고정 장착되고 그 각각의 두 단부면상에는 각각의 연관된 이동 가능한 밸브 몸체(16)와 함께 작용하기 위한 각각의 밸브 시트(18)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서 각 밸브(10, 12)는 전자기 구동 장치(39, 39')를 구비한 밸브로서 구성되며, 스프링 프리텐션하에 있고 이동 가동 밸브 몸체(16)를 지지하는 아마추어(36, 36')에 일체로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유니트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가동 밸브 몸체는 밸브 볼(16)로서 구성되고 연관 밸브(10, 12)의 아마추어(36,36')에 일체로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나는 정상 개방 입구 밸브(10)로서 구성되고 다른 하나는 정상 폐쇄 출구 밸브(12)로서 구성되는 2쌍의 밸브(10, 12)를 구비한 유압 ABS 밸브 유니트로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가의 가로 구멍(34)이 고정 밸브 요소(20)에 있는 가로 구멍(30)에 횡방향으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유니트.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 2개의 압력 매체 채널(46)은 출구측상에 제공되며, 상기 출구측상에 위치된 2개의 압력 매체 채널(46)은 각각 출구측상에 위치된 압력 매체 채널에서의 신속한 압력 경감을 위해 역지 밸브 장치(50)의 역지 밸브를 통해 블리드 채널(52)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유니트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 역지 밸브 장치(50)는 각각 출구측상에 위치된 압력 매체 채널(46)중의 하나에 연결되는 2개의 역지 볼 밸브와 양쪽 밸브 볼(56)에 작용하는 프리텐션 스프링(58)의 프리텐션하에서 접합되는 밸브 볼(56)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유니트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 역지 밸브 장치부(50)는 출구측상에 위치된 각각의 압력 매체 채널 (45)을 위해, 과다한 압력이 발생하는 경우 블리드 채널(52)을 통해 브레이크 마스터 실린더로 연결부를 개방시키기 위해 편향될 수 있는 밀폐 립 (66a)을 구비한 칼라(66)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유니트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
