Abstract

본 발명은 필라를 단순한 형상이면서 필라의 성형성을 향상시킨 자동차용 필라 가니시 지지구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 있어서 필라 가니시(3)는 필라(1)와의 사이에 개재된 철판제의 브래킷(21)에 의해 지지되어 있으며, 브래킷(21)은 단면이 상기 필라 가니시(3)에 대향된 헤드면(37) 및 양 측면(33)(35)에 의해 대체로 채널형상으로 형성됨과 동시에 상기 양 측면(33)(35)의 자유단부(41)가 필라(1)에 용접되어 있는 일반부(23)와 상기 일반부(23)로부터 돌출되어 필라 가니시(3)에 계합가능한 클릭부와, 상기 일반부(23)의 한쪽 측면(35)사이에 다수 형성되어 있는 설부(29)로 이루어지며, 상기 설부(29)는 일반부(23)의 헤드면(37)에 형성된 절결부로부터 일반부(23)의 한쪽 측면(35) 자유단부(31)와 동일방향쪽을 향해서 연장되어 있고, 상기 설부(29)의 자유단부(49)는 일반부(23)의 다른쪽 측면(33)의 자유단부(31) 및 헤드면(37) 사이의 치수보다 짧은 위치에 있으며, 또 외부쪽을 향해서 상기 헤드면(37)과 대체로 평행을 이루도록 형성되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 관한 자동차용 필라 가니시 지지구조의 횡단면도이다, 제2도는 브래킷의 설부를 도시한 제1도의 상당단면도이다, 제3도는 제1도 및 제2도의 분해사시설명도이다, 제4도는 제3도의 브래킷 확대사시설명도이다. 제5도는 제4도의 화살표 Ⅴ에서 본 사시설명도이다, 제6도는 제1도의 브래킷의 프레스 단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 필라와 필라 가니시 사이에 개재된 철판제의 브래킷에 의해 상기 필라에 필라 가니시가 지지되어 있고, 상기 브래킷은 단면이 상기 필라 가니시에 대향된 헤드면 및 상기 헤드면이 3차원으로 변화하는 양능선으로부터 상기 필라쪽으로 연장된 양 측면에 의해 대체로 채널형상으로 형성됨과 동시에 상기 양 측면의 자유단부가 필라에 용접되어 있는 일반부와, 상기 일반부로부터 돌출되어 필라 가니시에 계합가능한 클릭부와, 상기 일반부 한쪽의 측면 사이에 다수 형성되어 있는 설부로 이루어지며, 상기 설부는 상기 일반부와 헤드면에 형성된 절결부로부터 일반부의 한쪽 측면의 자유단부와 동일방향쪽을 향해서 연장되어 있으며, 상기 설부의 자유단부는 상기 일반부의 다른쪽 측면의 자유단부 및 헤드면 사이의 치수보다 짧은 위치에 있고, 또 외부쪽을 향해서 상기 헤드면과 대체로 평행을 이루도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 필라 가니시 지지구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 설부의 자유단부는 프레스의 고정금형과 이동금형 사이에 삽입되었을 때 상기 고정금형과 이동금형 사이에 협지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 필라 가니시 지지구조.
