Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 중간기둥의 보강구조에 관한 것으로서, 절곡된 내측판넬(12:INNER PANEL)과 외측판넬(11:OUTER PANEL)이 소정의 공간을 두고 폐단면으로 결합되고, 상기 폐단면에 내부에는 좌우 양측이 절곡되어 플랜지가 형성된 제1보강판(13)이 외측판넬(11:OUTER PANEL)의 내측면과 접하며 취부되며, 상기 제1보강판(13)의 플랜지는 외측판넬(11)과 내측판넬(12)이 취부되어진 취부부에 취부되어 되는 것에 있어서, 상기 내측판넬(12:INNER PANEL)의 내측면과 제1보강판(13)내측면과 접하는 제2보강판(20)을 취부하여, 중간기둥(100)이 횡방향에 대한 강성이 향상되도록 하여, 측면충돌시 중간기둥(100)의 파손을 억제하도록 하는 자동차 중간기둥의 보강구조이다.

제1도는 종래 자동차 중간기둥의 구조를 나타내는 평단면도, 제2도는 종래 자동차 중간기둥의 구조를 나타내는 요부확대 측단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 보강판의 구조를 보인 사시도, 제4도는 본 발명이 적용된 상태의 구조를 보인 평단면도, 제5도는 본 발명이 적용된 상태의 구조를 보인 요부확대 평단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 절곡된 내측판넬(12:INNER PANEL)과 외측판넬(11:OUTER PANEL)이 소정의 공간을 두고 폐단면으로 결합되고, 상기 폐단면에 내부에는 좌우 양측이 절곡되어 플랜지가 형성된 제1보강판(13)이 외측판넬(11:OUTER PANEL)의 내측면과 접하며 취부되며, 상기 제1보강판(13)의 플랜지는 외측판넬(11)과 내측판넬(12)이 취부되어진 취부부에 취부되어 되는 것에 있어서, 상기 내측판넬(12:INNER PANEL)의 내측면과 제1보강판(13)내측면과 접하는 제2보강판(20)이 취부됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 중간기둥의 보강구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 제2보강판(20)이 평탄면(25) 좌우 양측으로 절곡되어 형성된 취부부(22)와 플랜지(23)가 중간기둥(100)의 폐단면 내부에 취부되어진 제1보강판(13)의 내측면과 내측판넬(12)의 내측면에 각각 취부되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차 중간기둥의 보강구조.
