Abstract
본 발명은 하나 이상의 다작용성 아크릴레이트(A)와 알콕시 작용성 유기 금속 화합물(a), 알콕시실란(b) 및 물(c)로부터 형성된 반응 생성물(B)로부터 제조한 방사선 경화성의 유기적으로 개질된 실록산 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 알콕시실란(b)는 알콕시실란을 다작용성 아크릴레이트(A)와 공중합가응하게 하는 하나 이상의 작용성 그룹을 포함한다. 바람직한 양태에 있어서, 알콕시 작용성 유기 금속 화합물(a)과 알콕시실란(b)은 실록산 중합 촉매(d)의 존재하에 공가수분해 및 공축합을 일으킨다.

Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 다작용성 아크릴레이트(A)와 일반식 M(OR)4의 하나 이상의 알콕시 작용성 유기 금속화합물(a)(여기서, M은 Si 및 Ti로부터 선택되며, OR은 각각 동일하거나 상이한 알콕시 그룹이다), 일반식의 하나 이상의 알콕시 작용성 실란(b)〔여기서, OR은 각각 위에서 정의한 바와 같고, X는 각각 알콕시실란이 다작용성 아크릴레이트(A)와 공중합될 수 있도록 하는 1가 라디칼이며, 각각 독립적으로 일반식 〔QNH〕dQNZH의 알킬아민(여기서, Q는 2가 탄화수소 그룹이며, Q 그룹은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, Z는 수소원자 또는 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이며, d는 0 또는 1이다) 및 1가 불포화 탄화수소 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, R'는 각각 독립적으로 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, a는 1, 2 또는 3이며, b는 1, 2 또는 3이고, c는 0, 1 또는 2이며, a+b+c=4이다〕 및 반응생성물(B)를 겔화시키거나 이로부터 침전물을 형성시키지 않고 공가수분해와 공축합이 일어나게 하기에 충분한 예정된 양의 물(c)을 공가수분해 및 공축합시킴으로써 형성된 반응 생성물(B)을 포함하는 방사선 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1가 불포화 탄화수소 라디칼이 비닐, 헥세닐, 메타크릴옥시, 아크릴옥시, 스티릴 및 비닐에테르 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 지지체의 하나 이상의 표면을 제1항 또는 제2항의 조성물로 피복하고 피복된 지지체 위의 피막을 경화시켜 제품을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 또는 제2항의 조성물의 용도.
- 제3항에 있어서, 지지체가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리카보네이트인 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 지지체가 음료 용기의 형태인 제품.
- 일반식 M(OR)4의 하나 이상의 알콕시 작용성 유기 금속 화합물(a)(여기서, M은 Si 및 Ti로부터 선택되며, OR은 각각 동일하거나 상이한 알콕시 그룹이다), 일반식의 하나 이상의 알콕시 작용성 실란(b)〔여기서, OR은 각각 위에서 정의한 바와 같고, X는 각각 알콕시실란이 다작용성 아크릴레이트(A)와 공중합될 수 있도록 하는 1가 라디칼이며, 각각 독립적으로 일반식 〔QNH〕dQNZH의 알킬아민(여기서, Q는 2가 탄화수소 그룹이며, Q 그룹은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, Z는 수소원자 또는 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이며, d는 0 또는 1이다) 및 1가 불포화 탄화수소 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, R'는 각각 독립적으로 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, a는 1, 2 또는 3이며, b는 1, 2 또는 3이고, c는 0, 1 또는 2이며, a+b+c=4이다〕 및 겔화를 일으키거나 침전물을 발생시키지 않고 알콕시 작용성 유기 금속 화합물(a)과 알콕시실란(b)이 공가수분해와 공축합을 일으키도록 하기에 충분한 예정된 양의 물(c)을 공가수분해시키고 공축합시키는 단계(1) 및 하나 이상의 다작용성 아크릴레이트를 성분(a), (b) 및 (c)와 혼합하거나 단계(a)에서 수득한 이의 반응 생성물(B)과 혼합하는 단계(2)를 포함하여, 유기적으로 개질된 방사선 경화성 실록산 수지를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(B)이 H2SO4, HClO4, 트리플루오로메탄 설폰산, 아크릴산, KOH, NaOH 및 아민 함유 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 실록산 중합촉매(d)를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 알콕시 작용성 유기 금속 화합물(a)과 하나 이상의 알콕시실란(b)을 반응단계(1) 동안 성분(a)와 성분(b)가 공가수분해와 공축합을 일으키도록 하기에 충분한 예정된 양의 물(c)과 동시 혼합시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 공가수분해와 공축합이 다작용성 아크릴레이트의 존재하에 일어나는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 광개시제를 단계(1)과 (2)에서 수득한 생성물과 혼합시키는 단계(3)를 추가로 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
