Abstract

본 발명의 캡은 용기의 주둥이부에 장착되는 캡이며, 필퍼 프루프기구를 구비하고, 개전완료인지 미개전인지를 정확하게 확인할 수 있는 캡에 관한 것이다. 캡은, 정상이 원통상으로된 수지제의 캡 본체와, 캡 본체의 저부로 노출하여 부착된 수지제의 필퍼프루프환을 구비한다. 개전 후에 필퍼프루프환이 환상으로 되어 있으면, 캡이 미개전인 것으로 잘 못볼 우려가 있다. 본 발명의 캡에서는, 개전하면 펄퍼프루프환이 도중에서 절단되어, 하나의 나선상으로 되도록 하였다.

제4도는 본 발명의 제1실시예의 필퍼프루프환의 일부를 파단하여 나타낸 정면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 용기의 주둥이부에 나사맞춤하여, 개전 또는 미개전상태인지를 확인할 수 있는 필퍼프루프기구를 갖는 수지제의 캡에 있어서, 정상이 원통상으로 된 수지제의 캡 본체의 상부 내주면에 용기의 주둥이부의 숫나사부에 나사맞춤되는 암나사부가 형성되고, 이 캡 본체의 저부에 수지제의 필퍼프루프환이 노출되어서 부착되어 있고, 이 필퍼프루프환은 다음의 (a)환체부와 (b)탄성걸림편을 구비하는 것이 특징인 캡. (a) 환체부는, 복수의 프레임부가 제1연접부에 의해서 환상으로 접속되어 구성되고, 제1연접부 중의 하나는 다른 제1연접부 보다도 종단면적이 작아서 파단가능하게 되어 있고, 이 환체부는 둘레방향으로 복수개소가 캡 본체에 부분적으로 접합되고, 상기 판단가능한 제1연접부의 개방향측에 위치하는 접합부가 다른 접합부 보다도 접합면적이 크게 되어 있다. (b) 탄성걸림편은, 상기 환체부의 내측에 복수 설비되어 있고, 환체부로 부터 캡 본체의 정상부를 향해서 경사지게 내측으로 뻗으며, 직경 방향으로 탄성변형이 가능하고, 용기의 주둥이부의 숫나사부의 하부에 설비한 테두리에 대해서 걸어멈춤가능하게 되어 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필퍼프루프환이 초음파접합에 의해서 캡 본체에 부착되어 있는 것이 특징인 캡.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 파단가능하게 된 상기 하나의 제1연접부에, 종단면적을 축소한 단면축소부가 설비되어 있는 것이 특징인 캡.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환체부의 프레임부가, 캡 본체의 하부 내측에 삽입되는 기립벽부를 갖는 것이 특징인 캡.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 서로 인접하는 상기 기립벽부의 상부가 제2연접부에 의해서 접속되어 있는 것이 특징인 캡.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2연접부에 종단면적을 축소한 단면축소부가 설비되어 있는 것이 특징인 캡.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단면축소부가 제2연접부의 개방향측 단부에 설비되어 있는 것이 특징인 캡.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 필퍼프루프환의 환체부의 상면에는, 상기 캡 본체에 대한 접합부로서의 돌기가 설비되고, 캡 본체의 하단 저면에는 필퍼프루프환의 상기 돌기가 걸리는 위치 맞춤용의 환상의 홈이 설비되어 있는 것이 특징인 캡.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 용기의 숫나사부의 외경과 테두리의 외경이 대략 동일 직경인 용기에 부착되는 것이 특징인 캡.
