Abstract
제1폴리이소시아네이트 기초의 제1 혼합물, 하나이상의 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, 하나이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리아민, 한개의 에틸렌형 고분자로 구성된 제2혼합과 교차결합 촉매로부터 합성물질을 제조한다. 제1혼합물은 이소시아네이트 작용기를 제2혼합물의 에틸렌형 불포화 고분자와 반응시킬 하나이상의 촉매, 하나이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하고 제2혼합물은 100중량비당 25 내지 50중량비의 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, (a) 불포화 폴리올 폴리에스테르 예비고분자와, (b) 폴리옥시 알킬렌아민의 반응생성물로서, (a)/(b)의 중량비가 0.8이상인 50 내지 75 중량비의 불포화 아민 폴리에스테르수지, 또한 4중량비까지의 촉매를 포함한다. 내열성 고탄성모듈 성형품 제조에 응용한다.

Claims (12)
- 폴리이소시아네이트 기초의 제1 혼합물, 하나이상의 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, 하나이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리아민, 에틸렌형 고분자로된 제2혼합물 또한 망상조직화 촉매로 구성된 합성물질에 있어서; -제1혼합물이 제2혼합물의 에틸렌형 불포화 고분자와 이소시아네이트 작용기의 반응을 위해 하나이상의 촉매 및 하나이상의 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성되며, -제2혼합물은 100질량비당: -약 25 내지 50질량비의 하나상의 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, -(a) 불포화 폴리에스테르 예비고분자와, (b) 하나이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌아민간의 반응생성물로서, (a)/(b)의 질량비가 0.8이상인 50 내지 75 질량비의 아민화 불포화 폴리에스테르수지, 또한 -최대 4질량비의 망사조직화 촉매로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌아민은 80 내지 2100 분자량의 모노아민과 200 내지 6000 분자량의 폴리아민중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌아민은 다음식의 화합물 중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물질.(g) R-[OCH2-CHR]P-[OCH2-CH(CH3O]q-CH2CH(CH2)-NH2여기서 R은 1 내지 10탄소원자를 가는 알킬기와 수소원자중에서 선택되고, R′는 1 내지 10 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기이고, p와 q는 0 내지 40의 정수이다.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌아민을 다음식의 화합물 중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물질.(c) H2N-CHX-CH2-[OCH2-CHX]n-NH2(d) H2N-CHX-CH2-[OCH2-CHX]n-[OCH2-CH2]n-[OCH2-CHY]6-NH2(e) H2N-CO-NH-CHX-CH2-[OCH2-CHX]n-NH-CO-NH2와여기서 X는 수소원자와 1 내지 18탄소원자의 알킬기중 선택하고, A와 Y는 1 내지 20 탄소원자의 알킬기중 선택하고, n은 2 내지 70의 정수이고, b는 8 내지 90의 정수이고, a와 c는 이들의 합이 1 내지 4인 정수이고, x, y와 z는 2 내지 40의 정수이다.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 한 항에 있어서, 제2혼합물이 또한 하나이상의 망상조직화 가속제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물질.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 한 항에 있어서, 제2혼합물이 또한 하나이상의 분말 충진제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물질.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 한 항에 있어서, 제2혼합물이 또한 하나이상의 섬유 보강 충진제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물질.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 한 항에 있어서, 예비고분자(a)와 폴리옥시알킬렌아민(b)을 (a)/(b)가 50을 초과하지 않는 질량비에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물질.
- 제1혼합물을 바람직으로 20 내지 50℃의 온도에서 제2혼합물과 섞고 그결과로 수득한 혼합물은 30 내지 150℃의 온도로 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체의 망상조직화가 일어나기에 충분한 시간동안 유지하는 것을 특징으호 하는 제1항의 합성물질을 수득하는 방법.
- 100질량비당 25 내지 50질량비의 하나이상의 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, (a) 불포화 폴리올 폴리에스테르 예비고분자와 (b) 폴리옥시알킬렌아민의 반응생성물로서, (a)/(b)의 질량비가 0.8이상인 50 내지 75질량비의 아민화 불포화 폴리에스테르수지, 또한 최대 4질량비의 망상조직화 촉매로 구성된 합성물질 제조용 조성물.
- (a) 불포화 폴리올 폴리에스테르 예비고분자와 (b) 폴리옥시알킬렌아민올 (a)/(b) 질량비를 0.8이상으로 하여 반응시켜 얻는 아민화 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 열왜곡 온도가 65℃이상이고 탄성모듈치는 2000MPa 이상이고 노치없는 charpy 충격시험에 대한 내성이 45kJ/㎡ 이상인 주형에서 제1항에 따른 합성물질을 제조하여 얻은 성형물품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
