Abstract

본 발명은 압축기 슬라이딩부의 내마모성을 향상시키고 장기간 안정된 운전을 보증할 수 있고, HFC 냉매하에서 사용가능한 밀폐형 압축기에 관한 것으로, 밀폐케이스(11)내에 전동기(12)와 압축기계(14)를 수용하고 이 압축기계(13)에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기(10)에 있어서 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉동기유(30)에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고 상기 압축기 슬라이딩부로를 구성하는 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재로는 알루미늄을 모재로 하여 표면을 알루마이트처리한 것을, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 탄소강등의 금속재료를 각각 사용한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (35)

  1. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉동기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고 상기 압축기 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재로는 알루미늄을 모재로 하여 표면을 알루마이트처리한 것을 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 탄소강등의 금속재료를 각각 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알루마이트처리된 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 또한 이황화몰리브덴의 표면 처리층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알루마이트처리된 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 다시 PTFE(폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌)의 표면처리층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재를 구성하는 탄소강등 철계금속재료의 슬라이딩 표면에 질화처리 층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐형 압축기는 왕복식 압축기이고, 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 연결 로드이며 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 크랭크샤프트인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐형 압축기는 스크롤압축기이고, 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 날개이며, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 크랭크샤프트 또는 올드햄링인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  7. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉동기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고 상기 압축기 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재를 페라이트율 40%이하의 구형상의 흑연주철의 축재료로 하고 상기 슬라이딩부재의 상대재에 조각형상 혹은 구형상의 흑연주철의 베어링 재료를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  8. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉동기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고 상기 압축기 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재를 페라이트율 15%이하의 조각형상의 흑연주철의 축재료로 하고 상기 슬라이딩부재의 상대재에 조각형상 혹은 구형상의 흑연주철의 베어링재료를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐형 압축기는 왕복식 압축기이고, 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 크랭크샤프트이며, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 고정프레임에 고정된 베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐형압축기는 로터리식 압축기이고, 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 크랭크샤프트이며, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 주베어링 또는 부베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  11. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐형 압축기는 스크롤 압축기이고, 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 크랭크샤프트이며, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 베어링부를 구비하는 고정프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  12. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐형 압축기는 나선형압축기이고, 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 실린더내에 편심배치되어 양단에 축부를 구비한 피스톤이며, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 상기 축부를 지지하는 주베어링 또는 부베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  13. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 상기 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉동기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 슬라이딩부재에 밀도비 95%이상의 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩부재는 밀도비 95%이상으로 독립된 빈 구멍을 가지는 SMF재인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  15. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩부재는 Cu가 2wt%, C가 0.8wt%, 잔부가 주료 Fe의 금속 조직을 가지는 소결재료에 Cu-Sn을 용침시킨 복합재인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩부재는 Cu가 2wt%, C가 0.8wt%, 잔부가 주로 Fe의 금속조직을 가지는 소결재료에 Cu를 용침시킨 복합재인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  17. 밀폐케이스에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉각기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 슬라이딩 부재에 밀도비 95%미만으로 빈구멍이 PTEF, MoS2, 구리, 주석 또는 청동등의 자기윤활재로 봉해 막은 재료를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  18. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉각기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 슬라이딩면을 질화처리해서 표면경도를 HV1000이상의 재료를 사용하며 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 Mo-Ni-Cr함유주철을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐형 압축기는 로터리압축기이고 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 베인, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 롤러 또는 실린더이고, 적어도 상기 베인의 선단이 질화처리되어 Hv1000이상의 경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 베인은 SKH재 혹은 SUS재로 표면이 질화처리되는 한편 질화처리된 베인표면의 화합물층이 4㎛이상이 층두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  21. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉각기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 주기율표 4족 질화물, 4족의 탄화물 또는 이들 혼합물을 사용하며, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 주철등의 철합금제를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 한쪽 슬라이딩부재는 모재표면을 미처리구조로 하고, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 Mo-Ni-Cr 함유주철을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  23. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉각기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 주기율표 4족의 산화물과 3족의 산화물의 혼합재료를 사용하고, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 Mo-Ni-Cr 함유주철등의 철계 재료를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 동기율표 4족의 산화물은 지르코니아이고, 3족의 산화물은 알루미나 혹은 산화물이트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  25. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉각기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재로는 주기율표 4족, 5족 혹은 6족의 탄화물, 질화물 또는 산화물을 모재로 하고, 모재표면에 동족의 질화물, 탄화물 또는 질화물의 박막으로 표면처리한 것을 각각 사용하며, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재에 Mo-Ni-Cr 함유 주철등의 철계재료를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  26. 21항, 제22항 및 제26항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐형 압축기는 로터리 압축기이고, 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 베인이며, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  27. 제23항 내지 제25항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐형 압축기는 나선형 압축기이고, 한쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 올드햄링이며, 다른쪽의 슬라이딩부재는 피스톤 또는 실린더베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  28. 제18항 내지 제25항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다른쪽 슬라이딩부재는 주기율표 6A 족 혹은 5족의 금속을 포함하는 합금주철을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  29. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉각기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 구성하는 실린더의 블레이드홈중 적어도 흡입측의 블레이드흠내면의 표면정밀도를 1.6s 이하로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  30. 제1항, 제7항, 제8항, 제13항, 제17항, 제18항, 제21항, 제23항, 제25항 및 제29항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4가 이상의 에스테르유는 4가 이상의 장애형 알코올을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  31. 제1항, 제7항, 제8항, 제13항, 제17항, 제18항, 제21항, 제23항, 제25항 및 제29항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4가 이상의 에스테르유는 지방산과 알코올의 합성에 의해 생성되고 상기 지방산은 C7~C11급의 산으로서 가지달린 사슬형 지방산을 50vol%이상으로 하며, 가지없는 사슬형 지방산을 50vol%이만으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  32. 제1항, 제7항, 제8항, 제13항, 제17항, 제18항, 제21항, 제23항, 제25항 및 제29항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4가 이상의 에스테르유는 펜타에리스리톨 혹은 그 중합체를 원료에 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  33. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉각기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고, 상기 에스테르유를 형성하는 4가 이상의 알코올이 장애형 알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  34. 제34항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르유는 지방산과 알코올의 합성에 의해 생성되고 상기 지방산은 C7~C11급의 산으로 가지달린 사슬형 지방산을 50vol%이상으로 하고, 가지없는 사슬형 지방산을 50vol%미만으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  35. 밀폐케이스내에 전동기와 압축기계를 수용하고 이 압축기계에서 압축되는 냉매에 HFC 냉매를 사용한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 슬라이딩부를 윤활하는 냉각기유에 4가 이상의 에스테르유를 사용하고, 상기 에스테르유는 펜타에리스톨 혹은 그 중합체를 원료에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
