Abstract
본 발명의 배기가스 정화장치는 촉매를 담지하는 실린더형상 캐리어와; 상기 실린더형상 캐리어가 동축을 이루며 삽입되는 배기 파이프와; 상기 실린더형상 캐리어의 적어도 한쪽 단부의 실린더형 외부표면의 일부와 상기 실린더형 외부 표면의 일부와 면하여 있는 상기 배기 파이프의 실린더형 내부표면에 형성된 오목부 사이에서 반경방향으로 압축된 상태로 배치되어 있는 탄성부재와; 축방향에서 보았을 때에, 상기 탄성 부재의 단면과 맞물리도록 상기 캐리어의 실린더형 외부 표면으로부터 돌출된 압축피스와; 상기 배기파이프 내에 형성되어 있는 밸브 챔버로 구성되며, 상기 실린더형성 캐리어에는 그 실린더형상 백내에 다수의 구멍이 형성되어 있고, 상기 압축피스는 상기 탄성 부재를 축방향으로 압축시키기 위해 상기 오목부의 단부와 형동하며, 상기 밸브 챔버는 직경 방향으로 상기 밸브 챔버를 관통하는 밸브 샤프트와 상기 밸브 샤프트 상에 고정되도록 장착된 밸브 몸체를 포함하는 조절 밸브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (15)
- 벽에 다수의 구멍을 가지며 촉매를 담지시키는 실린더형상 캐리어와; 상기 실린더형상 캐리어가 삽입되는 배기 파이프와; 상기 실린더형상 캐리어의 적어도 한쪽 단부의 실린더형 외부 표면의 일부와 상기 실린더형 외부 표면의 일부와 면하여 있는 상기 배기 파이프의 실린더형 내부 표면에 형성된 오목부 사이에서 반경방향으로 압축된 상태로 배치되어 있는 탄성 부재와; 축방향에서 보았을 때에, 상기 탄성 부재의 내부 단면과 맞물리도록 상기 캐리어의 실린더형 외부 표면으로부터 돌출된 압축피스로 구성되며, 상기 압축 피스는 상기 탄성 부재를 축방향으로 압축시키기 위해 상기 오목부의 단부와 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어의 한쪽 단부는 상기 배기 파이프의 실린더형 내부 표면으로부터 돌출된 당접부에 대해 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 벽에 다수의 구멍을 가지며 촉매를 담지시키는 실린더형상 캐리어와; 상기 실린더형상 캐리어가 동축으로 삽입되는 배기 파이프와; 상기 실린더형상 캐리어의 적어도 한쪽 단부의 실린더형 외부 표면의 일부와 상기 실린더형 외부 표면의 일부와 면하여 있는 상기 배기 파이프의 실린더형 내부 포면에 형성된 오목부 사이에서 반경방향으로 압축된 상태로 배치되어 있는 탄성 부재와; 축방향에서 보았을때에, 상기 탄성부재의 내부 단면과 맞물리도록 상기 캐리어의 실린더형 외부 표면으로부터 돌출된 압축피스와; 상기 배기 파이프 내에 형성되어 있는 밸브 챔버로 구성되며, 상기 압축 피스는 상기 탄성 부재를 축방향으로 압축시키기 위해 상기 오목부의 단부와 협동하며, 상기 밸브 챔버는 직경 방향으로 상기 밸브 챔버를 관통하는 밸브 샤프트와 상기 밸브 샤프트 상에 고정되도록 장착된 밸브 몸체를 포함하는 조절밸브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실린더형상 캐리어는 상기 밸브 챔버의 상류측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실린더형상 캐리어는 상기 밸브 챔버의 상류측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실린더형상 캐리어는 상기 밸브 챔버의 상류 및 하류측에 각각 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 몸체의 적어도 일부는 귀금속 촉매를 담지하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 몸체는 적어도 하나의 디스크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 몸체는 서로 평행하게 소정 간격을 두고 배치되어 있는 다수의 디스크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 챔버는 연결되는 제2공기 공급파이프를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 배기 파이프에 연결되어 있는 밸브 챔버를 포함하고, 상기 밸브 챔버는 상기 배개 파이프 내에서 배기 가스 통로의 개구영역을 변경시키도록 장착된 조절 밸브를 구비하며, 상기 조절 밸브의 적어도 일부는 촉매를 담지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어의 한쪽 단부는 상기 배기 파이프의 실린더형 내부표면으로부터 돌출된 당접부에 대해 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조절 밸브의 적어도 일부는 귀금속 촉매를 담지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조절 밸브는 적어도 하나의 디스크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조절 밸브는 서로 평행하게 소정 간격을 두고 배치되어 있는 다수의 디스크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
