Abstract
서로 내부에 동축으로 배치되고, 반응체의 화학 처리용으로 설계된 2 이상의 관형전극(2,3)을 포함하는 플라즈마 토치(1)에서, 반응체 공급용 리드인 튜브(4)는 내부전극(3)에 동축으로 배치되고 외부표면에서 열전열층(10,11)이 설치된 액체냉각된 튜브로 구성된다. 추가로, 리드인 튜브(4)는 플라즈마 플레임에 관하여 노즐의 위치를 지정하기 위한 축방향으로 이동될 수 있다. 이 부분은 그렇게 때문에 대체 가능하도록 설치된다. 더욱이 튜브는 반응체의 탈출속도를 증가시키기 위하여, 벤트리노즐의 형태로 출구 개구에서 좁아지는 부분이 형성될 수 있다. 리드인 튜브 및 내부전극 사이에, 플라즈마 형성가스(13)가 도입될 수 있는 환형통로가 형성된다. 리드인 튜브를 따라 플라즈마 형성가스(13)는 동시에 그것을 냉각시킬 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 반응제의 열분해 또는 분해증류등과 같은 화학적 처리를 위해 설계된 플라즈마 토치에 반응제를 공급하기 위한 리드인 튜브로서, 상기 플라즈마토치는 서로 내부에 동축으로 배치된 2 이상의 관형의 또는 소비성 전극을 포함하고, 유체냉각된 리드인 튜브의 외부표면 및 하부표면에는 열절연 코팅이 설치되고 그것의 내부전극에 동축으로 설치되는 플라즈마 토치에 대한 반응제 공급용 리드인 튜브에 있어서, 상기 리드인 튜브는 플라즈마 플레임에 관하여 노즐을 조절하기 위하여 축방향으로 이동될 수 있고, 그 하부부분에는 대체 가능한 벤튜리노즐 형태로 원뿔형으로 좁아지는 부분이 형성되고, 그리하여 사용되는 반응제에 대해 최적의 가스속도를 제공하는 노즐을 선택할 수 있게 됨을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 토치에 대한 반응제 공급용 리드인 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도측정용 소자가, 사용되는 반응제에 정확한 온도를 획득하기 위하여 냉각제 조절용 출구 노즐에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 토치에 대한 반응제 공급용 리드인 튜브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
