Abstract

자동차용 도어 힌지는 힌지핀(3)의 수단에 의하여 고정부재(1)상에 피버트식 착설되는 회전운동부재(2)를 포함하여 구성된다. 선스프링(4)의 한쪽 끝단(5)은 힌지판으로부터 떨어진 회전운동부재(2) 상의 한 점에 착설되고, 선스프링(4)의 다른 끝단(8)은 회전운동부재가 회전함에 따라 한 끝단(5)에 의하여 그려지는 힌지판(3)에 대한 원호 및 힌지핀(3)에 의하여 규정되는 원의 영역내에서 고정부재(1)상의 한 점에 착설된다. 따라서 스프링의 복귀력이 도어의 개폐시에 작용함으로써, 도어는 항상 적절히 개폐된다. 또한, 스프링은 최소한의 면적만을 차지하며, 도어의 회전이 적절한 각도에서 정지되도록 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 고정부재(1)에 힌지핀(3)으로 회전운동부재(2)를 피버트식으로 착설하고, 상기 회전운동부재(2)의 상기 힌지핀(3)으로부터 떨어진 한 점에 선스프링(4)의 한 끝단(5)을 부착하고, 상기 회전운동부재(2)가 회전함에 따라 상기 선스프링(4)의 상기 한 끝단(5)에 의하여 그려지는 상기 힌지핀(4)에 대한 원호 및 상기 힌지핀(3)에 의하여 규정되는 원의 영역의 내부에서 상기 고정부재(1)상의 한 점에 상기 선스프링(4)의 다른 끝단(8)이 상기 고정부재(1)에 부착됨으로써 상기 선스프링(4)이 압축되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어힌지.
  2. 고정부재(16)상에 힌지핀(18)으로 회전운동부재(17)를 피버트식으로 착설하고, 상기 힌지핀(17)으로부터 같은 반경을 둔 회전운동부재(17)상의 다수의 점들에 다수개의 선스프링(19), (22)의 한 끝단(20), (23)들을 부착하고, 상기 회전운동부재(17)가 회전함에 따라 상기 선스프링(19), (22)들의 상기 한끝단(20), (23)들에 의하여 그려지는 상기 힌지핀(18)에 대한 원호 및 상기 힌지판(18)에 의하여 규정되는 원의 영역내에서 상기 고정부재(16)상의 다수의 점들에 상기 선스프링(19), (22)들의 다른 끝단(27), (29)들이 상기 고정부재(16)에 부착됨으로써 상기 선스프링(19), (22)들이 압축되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 힌지.
