제6도는 본 발명의 개조 실시예의 사시도.

Claims (11)

  1. 열전도 재료로 만들어진 하나 이상의 무단 벨트, 응용된 금속을 상기 벨트의 표면으로 공급하여 그 벨트상에 적층시키는 수단, 및 상기 벨트 근처에 배치되어 상기 벨트가 상기 금속과 접촉하고 있지 않을 때 그벨트를 냉각시키는 냉각 수단을 포함하는 금속 스트립 주조 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 서로 위아래로 배치되어, 그들 사이에 성형 캐비티를 형성하는 한쌍의 무단 벨트들을 포함하는 금속 스트립 주조 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 벨트가 각각 회전가능하게 장착된 한쌍의 풀리들상에서 이송되는 금속 스트립 주조 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 벨트들을 각각 풀리들 둘레로 전진시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 금속 스트립 주조 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 응용된 금속을 공급하는 수단이 상기 응용된 금속을 상기 무단 벨트표면상에 적층시키도록 배치된 노즐을 가진 턴디쉬 수단을 포함하는 금속 스트립 주조 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 수단이 무단 벨트상에 냉각 유체를 분사하는 수단을 포함하는 금속 스트립 주조 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무단 벨트가 열전도 재료로 만들어지는 금속 스트립 주조 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 응용된 금속이 상기 벨트의 가장자리 넘어도 유동함을 방지하는 가장자리 봉쇄수단을 포함하는 금속 스트립 주조 장치.
  9. 하나이상의 무단벨트들을 이동시키는 단계, 응용된 금속을 상기 벨트상에서 응고시켜 얇은 금속 스트립을 형성하도록 상기 벨트의 표면상에 적층시키는 단계, 및 상기 벨트가 또 다시 상기 응용된 금속을 수용하기 전에 그 벨트를 냉각시키는 연속적인 단계들로 구성되는 금속 주조 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 벨트가 한쌍의 풀리들 위로 이동되며, 상기 벨트가 상기 풀리들 중의 하나를 통과하여 그 벨트의 표면상에 응용된 금속을 수용하기 전에, 귀환로 상에서 냉각되는 금속 주조 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 알루미늄인 금속 주조 방법.
