제1도는 본 발명에 따른 성형단계에서 캐비티 클리어런스(t)의 변화를 나타내는 것이고,
제2도 및 제3도는 본 발명의 성형법에서 사용된 성형 기구의 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 맞물림부(5)에서 미끄러져 움직일 수 있고 캐비터 클리어런스(t)가 임의로 설정되는 한 쌍의 암수 금형(3,4)을 제공하고, 캐비터 클리어런스(t)가 1.0㎜이하일때 암수 금형중의 하나에 제공된 수지 용융 도관(7)을 통해서 화학 발표제를 함유한 폴리프로필렌수지 용융물을 공급하기 시작하고, 폴리프로필렌수지 용융물(8)의 공급과정중에, 암수 금형중, 하나 이상을 움직여서 캐비터 클리어런스를 증가시켜서 금형 캐비터 내 수지 용융물에 가해지는 압력을 5㎏/㎠로 조정하고, 수지 공급이 끝나자 마자 수지 용융물에 5㎏ 내지 100㎏/㎠의 압력을 가하여 소킨층을 형성하고, 캐비티 클리어런스(t)를 더 증가시켜서 발표한 코어층을 형성하고, 금형내의 발포 성형체를 냉각시키는 공정을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 발포 성형체 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 캐비터 클리어런스(t)가 0.5㎜이하일때, 수지 용융물의 공급을 시작하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌 수지가 폴리프로 필렌의 단독 중합체인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌 수지가 프로필렌과 적어도 하나 이상의 기타 단량체와의 공중합체인 방법
  5. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 폴리프로 필렌 수지의 발포 성형체.
