Claims (15)

  1. 적어도 열가소성 수지, 발포제 및 가교제를 함유하는 수지 조성물을, 적어도 성형영역, 가열영역 및 냉각영역이 순서로 연속적으로 설치된 밀폐 다이내에 압출하고; 상기 다이의 성형영역에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물을 소요의 형상으로 성형하고; 상기 다이의 가열영역에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물을 가열하여 상기 가교제를 분해시킴과 동시에 상기 발포제의 적어도 일부를 분해시켜서 기포핵을 생성시킴에 의해 부분 발포 성형체를 성형하고; 상기 다이의 냉각영역에 있어서, 상기 부분 발포성형체를, 이 성형체의 연화점 미만의 온도로 냉각하여 강성을 높이고, 이 냉각영역을 이동하는 부분 발포 성형체에 제동력을 부여하면서, 상기 다이밖으로 압출하고; 압출한 부분 발포성형체를 정상압력하에서 가열하고, 상기 발포제를 완전히 팽창시켜서 최종제품을 얻는 스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 가교 발포체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부분 발포 성형체의 팽창비를 M1, 상기 최종제품의 팽창비를 M2로 한때, M1 및 M2 사이에, M1/M20.525 (단 M11.05, M22.00임)의 관계가 성립하도록, 상기 수지 조성물을 부분 발포시키는 가교 발포체의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 M1 및 M2사이에, 0.05M1/M20.35의 관계가 성립하도록, 상기 수지 조성물을 부분 팽창시키는 가교 발포체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이의 가열영역에 있어서, 내부 압력이 10∼70kgh/㎤이 되도록 상기 수지 조성물을 다이내에 압출하는 가교 발포체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀으로 이루는, 가교 발포체의 제조방법.
  6. 적어도 열가소성 수지, 발포제 및 가교제를 함유하는 수지 조성물을 압출하는 압출기, 이 압출기의 출구에 연이 설치되고, 적어도 성형영역, 가열영역 및 냉각영역을 갖고, 상기 성형영역에 있어서, 상기 압출기로 부터 공급된 수지 조성물을 소요의 형상으로 성형하고, 상기 가열 영역에 있어서, 상기 소요의 형상으로 성형된 수지 조성물을 가열하여 상기 가교제를 분해시킴과 동시에 상기 발포제의 적어도 일부를 분해시켜서 기포핵을 생성시킴에 의해 부분 발포성형체를 성형하고, 상기 냉각영역에 있어서, 상기 부분 발포성형제를, 이 성형체의 연화점 미만의 온도로 냉각하고, 이 냉각된 부분 발포성형체가 이 냉각영역을 이동할때, 부분 발포성형체에 제동력을 부여하는 밀폐 다이, 그리고 이 다이에서 압출된 부분 발포성형체를 정상입력하에서 가열하고, 상기 발포체를 완전 팽창시켜서 최종 제품을 얻는 가열수단, 상기 다이의 냉각영역은, 상기 부분 발포성형제가 그 연화점 미만의 온도까지 냉각된 지점부터 출구측에 있어서 이 냉각영역의 입구단면적 보다 작은 단면적 부분으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 가교 발포체의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다이의 냉각영역은, 그곳을 이동하는 부분 발포성형체의 단면적을 점차 감소시키는 단면 형상을 갖는 가교 발포체의 제조방법.
  8. 제6 또는 7항에 있어서, 상기 냉각영역의 입구단면적 S1, 상기 부분 발포형성체가 그 연화점 미만의 온도에 까지 냉각된 위치의 단면적을 S2로 한때 S1및 S2사이에, 0.50S2/S10.90의 관계가 성립되는 있는 가교 발포체의 제조장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부분 발포성형체가 그 연화점 미만의 온도에 까지 냉각된, 상기 냉각영역의 소망의 개소에, 상기 부분 발포성형체의 단면적을 변화시키는 것이 가능한 단면적 가변 수단을 배치하여, 상기 부분 발포성형체에 제동력을 부여하는 가교 발포체의 제조장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 단면적 가변 수단이, 초크바이 가교발포체의 제조장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 단면적 가변 수단이, 그곳을 이동하는 부분 발포성형체의 단면적을 연속적으로 감소시키는 수단인 가교 발토체의 제조장치.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부분 발포성형체의 발포배율을 M1, 상기 최종제품의 발포배율을 M2로 한때, M1및 M2사이에 M1/M20.525 (단 M11.05, M22.00임)의 관계가 성립하도록, 상기 다이의 가열 영역으로 수지 조성물을 부분 발포시키는 가교 발포체의 제조장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 M1및 M2사이에, 0.05M1/M20.35의 관계가 성립하도록, 상기 수지 조성물을 부분 발포시키는 가교 발포체의 제조장치.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압출기는 상기 다이의 가열영역에 있어서, 내부압력이 10∼70kgf/㎤이 되도록 상기 수지 조성물을 다이내에 가압하여 압출하는 가료 발포제의 제조장치.
  15. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리 올레핀으로 이루는 가교 발포체의 제조장치.
