Claims (11)

  1. 밀도가 0.5 내지 1.2g/cm3인 폴리우레탄 성형품에 있어서, 트리스(β-클로로프로필)포스페이트를 함유하는, 내흡수성이 우수한 폴리우레탄 성형품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄이 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올 및 가교제를 포함하는 원료 조성물을 금형내에서 반응시켜 수득되는 폴리우레탄 성형품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 트리스(β-클로로프로필)포스페이트의 사용량이 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올 및 가교제의 합계 중량을 기준으로하여 0.5 내지 5%인 폴리우레탄 성형품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 트리스(β-클로로프로필)포스페이트의 사용량이 1 내지 3%인 폴리우레탄 성형품.
  5. 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올 및 가교제를 필요에 따라 촉매, 발포제, 그 밖의 첨가제의 존재하에 금형내에서 반응시켜 밀도가 0.5 내지 1.2g/cm3인 폴리우레탄 성형품을 제조함에 있어서, 트리스(β-클로로프로필)포스페이트를 배합함을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형품의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 트리스(β-클로로프로필)포스페이트의 사용량이 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올 및 가교제의 합계 중량을 기준으로하여 0.5 내지 5%인 폴리우레탄 성형품의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 트리스(β-클로로프로필)포스페이트의 사용량이 1 내지 3%인 폴리우레탄 성형품의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트, 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트, 방향지방족 이소시아네이트, 이들의 변성물 및 이들 2종 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄 성형품의 제조방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 폴리머폴리올로부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄 성형품의 제조방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 가교제가 저분자 디올, 알칸올 아민, 지방족 폴리아민, 방향족 폴리아민 및 이들의 2종 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄 성형품의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 가교제의 사용량이 폴리올의 중량을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 40%인 폴리우레탄 성형품의 제조방법.
