Claims (5)

  1. 주로 이소시아네이트와 폴리올로 이루어진 출발물질을, 출발물질의 전체 중량을 기준으로 3 내지 20 중량%의 프레온-기본 발포제의 존재하에서 40 내지 70℃에서 유지되는 밀폐 몰드에서 발포반응시켜 평균 밀도가 0.3 내지 0.9g/cm3인 스킨층 발포체를 제조하는 방법(여기서 NCO/OH 당량비는 1.15 내지 1.35범위이도록 조절된다).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 폴리올-및 카보디이미드-개질된 혼합물, 폴리디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 토릴렌 디이소시아네이트 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 스티렌과 아크릴로니트릴을 폴리에테르 폴리올로 그라프트-중합반응시켜 수득한 중합체 폴리올 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리올의 분자량이 3,000 내지 8.000인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 프레온-기본 발포제가 트리클로로모노플루오로메탄, 모노클로로디플루오로메탄 및 디클로로디플루올메탄 중에서 선택되는 방법.
