Abstract

본 발명은 a) 분자당 평균 3내지 8개 히드록시기를 갖고 또 히드록시기당 평균 분자량이 150인 폴리올; b)분자당 평균 2내지 3개 히드록시기를 갖고 또 히드록시기당 평균 분자량이 150내지 570인 폴리에테르-폴리올; 및 c)분자당 2내지 4개 아미노기를 갖고 또 평균 전체 분자량이 1000내 지3000인 폴리(옥시알킬렌)폴리아민을 포함 하는 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 조성물은 오랫동안 저장하더라도 성분 분리되는 경향이 낮은 것을 특징으로 한다.
경화제인 본 발명의 조성물과 디페닐메탄 계열의 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응 혼합물은 부서지기 쉬운 상을 형성하지 않고 충분히 경화된다. 형성된 성형물품은 양호한 기계적 특성을 갖는다.

Claims (14)

  1. a) 분자당 평균 3내지 8개 히드록시기를 갖고 또 히드록시기당 평균 분자량이 150인 폴리올; b) 분자당 평균 2내지 3개 히드록시기를 갖고 또 히드록시기를 갖고 또 히드록시기당 평균 분자량이 150내지 500인 폴리에테르-폴리올; 및 c) 분자당 2내지 4개 아미노기를 갖고 또 평균 전체 분자량이 1000내지 3000인 폴리(옥시알킬렌)폴리아민을 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서. 성분 b)로서 폴리테트라히드로푸란을 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서. 성분 b)로서 폴리프로필렌 글리콜을 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서. 성분 b)로서 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서. 추가의 성분 d)로서 분자량 2내지 4개 히드록시를 갖고 또 히드록시기당 평균 분자량이 500이상인 폴리에테르-폴리올릉 성분 c)및 d)전체량을 기준하여 80중량%이하의 양으로 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 디페닐메탄 계열의 폴리이소시아데이트 및 제1항에 따른 조성물인 한개 이상의 경화제 성분을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 성형물품을 제조하기 위한 경화겅 반응 혼합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트기를 통하여 디이소시아나토디페닐메탄의 반응에 의해 수득할 수 있는 폴리이소시아네이트 5 내지 20중량%, 일반식(n은≥1)의 디이소시아나토디페닐메탄 중합체 유형 2내지 10중량% 및 단량체 디이소시아나토디페닐메탄 이성질체의 혼합물(45내지 90중량%의 4.4′-디이소시아나토디페닐메탄 및 10내지 55중량%의 2, 4′- 및 2, 2′-디이소시아나토디페닐메탄을 포함함) 70내지 93중량%를 포함하는 폴리이소시아나토 성분을 포함하는 반응 혼합물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, n-메틸디에탄올아민을 촉매로 포함하는 반응 혼합물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 동일 이소시아네이트 수를 갖는 혼함물에 폴리이소시아네이트와 함께 사용되면, 상이한 최대 가공시간을 허용하고, 개별 경화제 성분을 사용하여 달서아ㅎㄹ 수 있는 가공시간 범위의 가공시간을 갖고 또 가공하는 동안 추가로 가열하지 않고 부서지기 쉬운 상도 형성하지 않으며 실온에서 충분히 경화될 수 있는 반응 혼합물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서. 상이한 경화제 성분이 상이하게 착색된 반응 혼합물.
  11. 디페닐메탄 계열의 폴리이소시아네이트를 기본한 성분을, 미리 저장된 제1항에 따른 한개 이상의 조성물 및 경우에 따라 폴리우레탄 기술에서 통상적인 다른 첨가제와 함께 혼합하여 제6항에 따른 경화성 반응 혼합물을 수득하고 또 이 혼합물을 성형시키고 또 충분히 경화시켜 성형물품을 수득하는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 성형물품의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 금형을 추가로 가열함 없이 실온에서 경화시키는 방법.
  13. 제6항에 따른 반응 혼합물로 부터 수득할 수 있는 폴리우레탄 성형물품.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 유리 가소제를 전혀 포함하지 않는 폴리우레탄 성형물품.
