Claims (9)

  1. 카르복실산 무수물 및 유기 또는 무기산의 존재하에 용매로서 불활성 에케르 또는 카르복실산 에스테르속에서 50℃ 이하의 온도에서 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 클로로히드린을 탈수시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(I)의 Z-1, 2-디아릴알릴 클로라이드의 입체 선택된 제조방법;
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕시, 할로알콕시 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 방향죽기이고, n 및 m은 1,2 또는 3이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필요한 경우 클로리히드린(Ⅱ)에 근거하여 촉매적인 양 내지 화학양론적양의 유기카르복실산과의 조합으로 케텐이 카르복실산 무수물 대신에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탈수가 -25℃ 내지 +30℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탈수가 0.01 내지 4몰당량의 황산 및 0.5 내지 3몰당량의 카르복실산 무수물의 존재하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 탈수가 1 내지 2몰당량의 카르복실산 무수물과 혼합한 0.05 내지 1몰당량의 올래움의 존재하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아즈릴메틸옥시란의 제조방법에 있어서, a)제1항에 정의한 Z-1,2-디알릴알릴 클로라이드(I)을 염기의 존재하에 1,2,4-트리아졸 또는 이미다졸과 반응시켜서 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 Z-1,2-디알릴알릴 트리알졸 또는 -이미다졸을 얻은 후, 이 화합물(Ⅲ)을 비양성자성 극성 용매속에서 과말레산, 화합물(Ⅲ)에 근거하여 5 내지 15몰당량의 말레산 무수물, 및 말레산 무수물에 근거하여 아화학양론적 양의 과산화수소 용액과 반응시키거나, b)제1항에 정의한 Z-1,2-디알릴알릴 클로라이드(I)을 통상의 방식으로 에폭시 화시켜서 일반식(Ⅴ)의 클로로메틸디아릴 옥시란을 얻은후 이것을 염기의 존재하에, 1,2,4-트리아졸 또는 이미다졸과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아조릴메틸옥시란의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, (R1)n및 (R2)m는 상기에 정의한 바와 같고, X는 CH 또는 N이다.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 용매로서 디에틸 에테르중에 녹아있는 벤질-그리냐르 화합물(Ⅵ)을 통상의 방식으로 W-클로로 아세토페논(Ⅶ)에 부가하고, 이런 방식으로 얻은 제1항에 청구된 바와 같은 일반식(Ⅱ)의 클로로히드린을 제1항에 청구된 바와 같이 현장에서 탈수시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서, (R1)n및 (R2)m는 상기에 정의한 바와 같고, X는 염소 또는 브롬이다.
  8. 하기 일반식(I)의 Z-1,2-디아릴알릴클로라이드;
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C7-알킬, C1-C6-할로알킬, C1-C5-알콕시, C1-C5-할로알콕시 또는, R1및 R2에 대하여 언급한 라디칼들에 의하여 일치환 내지 삼치환 또는 비치환되는 방향족기이고, m및 n은 1,2 또는 3이다.
  9. 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 클로로메틸디아릴옥시란;
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C7-알킬, C1-C6-할로알킬, C1-C5-알콕시, C1-C5-할로알콕시 또는, R1및 R2에 대하여 언급한 라디칼들에 의하여 일치환 내지 삼치환 또는 비치환되는 방향족기이고, m및 n은 1,2 또는 3이며, 단 R2는 2-메틸이 아니다.
