Claims (10)

  1. 광디스크 상이나 광디스크로부터 정보를 기록하고 재생하는 장치는 적어도 하나의 광빔과 기준 클록신호를 사용하며 상기 광디스크는 복수 블록으로 구분된 기록 트랙을 포함하며 상기 블록은 방시상 방향을 따라 동심원 적으로 배치된 상기 장치에 있어서; 상기 하나 블록이 상기 광빙에 의하여 현재 조사되는 상기 블록의 하나를 판독하는 블록 판단 수단과; 서로 주파수가 상이한 북수 클록 신호를 발생시키는 클록 신호 발생수단과; 상기 블록 판단 수단의 판단에 근거하여 상기 기준 클록 신호로서 상기 클록 신호의 하나를 선택하는 클록 신호 선택 수단으로된 광디스크 위로부터 정보를 기록 및 재생하는 장치.
  2. 제1항의 장치에 있어서 모 클록 신호를 발생시키는 모 클록신호발생 수단과 상기 클록신호 발생수단에 공급되는 상기 모 클록 신호를 포함하는 광디스크위로부터 정보를 기록 및 재생하는 장치.
  3. 제2항의 장치에 있어서 모 클록 신호 발생수단은 페이즈 로크 루프 회로로 되어 있는 광디스크 위로부터 정보를 기록 및 재생하는 장치.
  4. 제2항의 장치에 있어서 상기 클록 신호 발생수단은 상기 모 클록 신호를 분리하는 복수 주파수 디바이더와 상기 클록 신호로서 상기 클록 신호 선택 수단에 공급되는 상기 주파수 디바이더를 포함하는 광디스크 위로부터 정보를 기록 및 재생하는 장치.
  5. 제4항의 장치에 있어서 상기 장치는 상기 주파수 디바이더를 포함하는 광디스크 위로부터 정보를 기록 및 재생하는 장치.
  6. 제1항의 장치에 있어서 상기 장치는 소정가 속도에서 상기 광디스크를 회전하는 구동 수단을 포함하는 광디스크 위로부터 정보를 기록 및 재생하는 장치.
  7. 방사상 방향에서 동심원 적으로 분리된 복수 블록과, 접선 방향으로 연장하는 적어도 하나의 기록 트랙을 포함하는 상기 각 블록과, 복수 세크멘트를 포함하는 상기 각 기록 트랙과, 샘프링 영역과 정보기억용 데이터 영역과, 미리 형성된 서보 바이트를 포함하는 상기 샘프링 영역과, 동일 중심각을 가진 동일 블록내의 트랙의 각 세그멘트와, 안쪽 블록에 속해 있는 하나의 트랙에 포함된 세그멘트의 수보다 더 큰 바깥 블록에 속해있는 하나의 트랙에 포함된 세그멘트의 수를 포함하는 정보기억용 광디스크.
  8. 제7항의 광디스크에 있어서 상기 블록의 하나에 속해있는 세그멘트의 평균 길이는 다른 블록에 속해 있는 세그멘트의 평균 길이와 실질적으로 동일한 정보 기억용 광디스크.
  9. 제7항의 광디스크에 있어서 상기 각 트랙의 상기 샘프링 영역의 하나가 상기 광디스크의 동일 반경상에 위치되는 정보 기억용 광디스크.
  10. 제7항의 광디스크에 있어서 상기 각 트랙의 두개 이상의 상기 샘프링영역은 상기 광디스크의 두개 이상의 반경 상에 각각 위치되는 정보 기억용 광디스크.
