Claims (8)

  1. 배판이 순차적으로 탈지처리, 프라이머 도포처리 및 접착제 도포처리되는 디스크 패드의 배판 처리장치에있어서; 탈지용액을 분출하기 위한 상부 및 하부 취부장치가 설치된 예비세척실; 탈지용액을 분출하기 위하여 상부 및 하부 취부장치가 설치된 주세척실; 물을 분출하기 위한 상부 및 하부 취부장치가 설치된 수세척실; 열수를 분출하기 위한상부 및 하부 취부장치가 설치된 열수세척실; 각각의 배판을 가열시키고 건소시키는 제 1 건조실; 각각의 배판에 대해배판의 마찰재 접착면 위에 프라이머를 도포하기 위한 분무장치가 설치된 프라이머 도포부스; 각각의 배판위에 도포된상기 프라이머를 소부하기 위한 소부로; 각각의 배판을 냉각시키는 냉각실; 배판의 상기 마찰재 접착면위에 접착제로 각각의 배판을 도포하기 위하여 분무장치가 설치된 접착제도포부스:각각의배판위에 도포된 접착제를 건조시키는 제2건조실; 디스크패드용 배판을 수직적으로 배열된 다단에 저장하기 위한 보유실로 이루어지며, 상기 예비세척실, 상기 주세척실, 상기 수세척실, 상기 열수세척실, 상기 제1건조실, 상기 프라이머도포부스, 상기 소부로, 상기 냉각실, 상기 접착제도포부스 및 상기 제2건조실을 통하여 망상트레이에 놓인 디스크패드용 배판이 순차적으로 반송되도록 상기 예비세척실, 상기 주세척실, 상기 수세척실, 상기 열수세척실, 상기 제 1 건조실, 상기 프라이머 도포부스, 상기소부로, 상기 냉각실, 상기 접착제 도포부스 및 상기 제 2 건조실이 순차적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 패드의 배판 처리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비세척실, 상기 주세척실, 상기 수세척실, 상기 열수세척실, 상기 제 1 건조실,상기 프라이머 도포부스, 상기 소부로, 상기 냉각실, 상기 접착제 도포부스 및 상기 제 2 건조실이 각각 개구부를 가지고있는 우측 및 좌측벽에 의해 각각 확정되어 있고, 상기 예비세척실, 상기 주세척실, 상기 수세척실, 상기 열수세척실, 상기 제 1 건조실, 상기 프라이머 도포부스, 상기 소부로, 상기 냉각실, 상기 접착제 도포부스 및 상기 제 2 건조실의 상기개구는 축방향으로 정합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 예비세척실과 상기 주세척실에서 사용될 상기 탈지용액은 각각 인산염을 함유하고있는 알칼리와 유기용제중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 건조실 및 제 2 건조실의 내부는 거의 균일한 고온으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머 도포부스에서 각각의 배판을 도포하기 위해 사용될 상기 프라이머는 열가소성 수지인 멜라민인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각실의 내부는 거의 균일한 저온으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보유로 수직으로 뻗어있는 루프벨트와 상기 루프벨트에 수평으로 지지된 다수의선반을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제 2 항에 있어서, 네트 컨베이어는 네트가 그 위에 펼쳐져 있는 프레임으로 구성되고, 상기 켄베이어는상기 개구를 통하여 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
