제3도는 각 유압 제어변(M)의 셔틀변 300상호의 접속관계를 표시하는 단면도.

Claims (1)

1개의 펌프로부터의 토출유에서 복수의 작동기를 구동하는 경우에 각 작동기와 펌프와의 사이에 각기 접속되는 유압제어변으로서, 작동기에의 기름의 방향과 유량을 제어하는 방향제어변과, 이 방향제어변을 흐르는 기름의 유량을 압력보상하는 압력보상변과, 각 작동기에 작용하는 부하압력중 최대의 것을 선택하기 위한 셔틀변과를 구비한 것에 있어서, (가) 변블록내에 횡공을 관통형성함과 동시에 (나) 이 횡공의 거의 중앙부에 교차시켜서 종공을 관통형성하고, (다) 상기, 횡공에 상기 방향제어변의 스푸울접동자재로 삽입하고, (라) 이 스푸울에 의해서 간막이되는 상기 통공의 일단측에 상기 압력보상변의 밸런스피스톤을 수용하고, (마) 또, 동종공의 타단측에 상기 셔틀변을 수용하고, (바) 또한, 상기 횡공과 종공의 교차부에 작동기의 부하압력이 도입되는 유실을 설비하고, (사) 이 유실에 상기 압력 보상변의 밸런스피스톤의 선단 및 상기 셔틀변의 한편측 입구를 다같이 임하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어변.
