제7도는 카트리지와 본 발명에 따른 펌프와 다른 실시예의 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 유압펌프의 토출압력을 액투에이터의 양측 수압실의 어느일측 방향으로 선택적 공급하고, 다른측의 수압실을 드레인 하기위하여 유압회로내에 설치한 압력보상 유체밸브에 있어서, 상기 수압실로 각각 연이어 통하는 제1및 제2작동폿트의 어느일측에 유압펌프로부터 토출된 유압을 선택적으로 공급하고, 이때 다른측의 작동폿트를 탱크폿트에 선택적으로 접촉하도록 밸브본체에 형성된 밸브홀내로 습동 가능하게 끼워진 하나의 스푸울과, 이 스푸울과 상기 밸브홀 사이에 형성되고 유압펌프의 토출통로와 접속시킨 좌우한쌍의 제1 및 제2펌프폿트와, 이들 펌프폿트에 상기 스푸울을 통해 각각 개방/폐쇄시키도록 상기 밸브홀내에 형성된 좌우한쌍의 제1 및 제2출구폿트와, 이들 출구폿트와 상기 제1및 제2작동폿트와를 각각 개폐 제어하도록 설치된 좌우하나쌍의 제1및 제2 체크밸브와, 그리고 상기 스푸울의 거의 중앙부로 위치하도록 상기 밸브홀내에 형성시켜 상기 제1및 제2체크밸브의 각 배압실과 셔틀밸브를 통해 연이어 통하는 부하압 센싱폿트를 구비하여, 상기 스푸울이, 상기 스푸울의 거의 중심에 축방향으로 신장하여 형성한 좌우한쌍의 중심홀과 이 스푸울의 외주면으로부터 이들 중 심홀을 향하여 연이어 통하도록 소정 간격으로 형성된 복수개의 드릴홀을 통해, 상기 제1 및 제2작동 폿트의 어느쪽 일측과 상기 부하압 센싱폿트와를 선택적으로 개방/폐쇄하도록 이동 제어함을 특징으로하는 압력보상유압밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브본체 및 상기 스푸울이 스푸울의 중립위치에서 중앙을 중심으로 좌우 대칭되게 구성됨을 특징으로하는 압력보상유압밸브.
