제1도는 본 발명에 관한 유압제어장치의 유압회로의 한 예를 나타낸 회로도.
제2도는 유량제어용 전자밸브를 제어하는 장치를 개념적으로 나타낸 블록도.
제3도는 유량제어용 전자밸브를 제어하기 위한 열리는 정도 특성을 예시한 그래프.
Claims (5)
- 유압펌프와 복수의 유압액튜에이터 사이에 이들 유압액튜에이터로의 공급유량을 제어하는 별도의 조작밸브를 개재시킨 유압 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프에 병렬접속한 유량제어용 전자밸브와, 상기 각 조작밸브의 단독조작시에 각각 적용하는 별도의 단독 조작용 열리는 정도 특성과 상기 각 조작밸브의 복합 조작시에 적용하는 복합 조작용 열리는 정도 특성을 상기 전자밸브의 열리는 정도 특성으로 미리 설정하는 열리는 정도 특성 설정장치와, 상기 각 조작밸브의 조작량을 각각 검출하는 조작검출장치와, 상기 조작량 검출장치의 검출결과에 따라 상기 각 조작밸브내의 어느 것이 단독으로 조작되어 있는 경우에는 그 조작밸브의 조작시에 적용하는 상기 단독 조작용 열리는 정도 특성에 따라 상기 전자밸브의 열리는 정도를 제어하고, 상기 각 조작밸브가 복합적으로 조작되어 있는 경우에는 상기 복합 조작용 열리는 정도 특성에 따라 상기 전자밸브의 열리는 정도를 제어하는 제어장치를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 단독 조작용 열리는 정도 특성 및 복합 조작용 열리는 정도 특성은 각각 상기 각 조작밸브의 조작량의 증가에 따라 상기 전자밸브의 열리는 정도를 감소시키도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각 단독 조작용 열리는 정도 특성은 상기 각 유압액튜에이터에 작용하는 부하의 크기에 따라 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합조작용 열리는 정도 특성은 이 특성에 따른 열리는 정도가 상기 각 단독 조작용 열리는 정도 특성에 따른 열리는 정도보다도 낮게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 조작용 열리는 정도 특성으로 상기 각 단독 조작용 열리는 정도 특성내의 열리는 정도량이 가장 적은 열리는 정도 특성을 적용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
