Claims (11)
- 유압펌프를 포함하는 유압원과, 이 유압원으로부터 공급되는 압유에 의해서 구동하는 유압액튜에이터와, 상기 유압원으로부터 상기 유압액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 방향전환 밸브와, 상기 유압펌프의 토출관로에 접속되고, 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력과 상기 액튜에이터의 부하압력과의 차압이 제1의 소정치를 초과하면 유압펌프로부터의 압유를 탱크에 방출하여, 그 차압을 제어하는 언로드밸브를 구비하고, 상기 언로드밸브가 스풀과, 상기 스풀의 일단측에 배설되어 유압펌프의 토출압력이 도입되는 제1의 수압실, 상시 스풀의 타단측에 배설되어 상기 유압액튜에이터의 부하압력이 도입되는 제2의 수압실을 가진 토목 · 건설기계의 유압구동장치에 있어서, 상기 언로드밸브는 상기 제1의 수압실과 상기 제2의 수압실과를 선택적으로 연통시키는 제한적 연통수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목 · 건설기계의 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제한적 연통수단은 상기 차압이 상기 제1의 소정치보다 큰 제2의 소정치를 초과했을때 상기 제1의 수압실과 상기 제2의 수압실과를 연통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목 · 건설기계의 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제한적 연통수단은 상기 제1의 수압실과 상기 제2의 수압실과를 연통시키는 통로와, 상기 통로중에 배설된 스로틀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목 · 건설기계의 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제한적 연통수단은 상기 스풀내에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목 · 건설기계의 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제한적 연통수단은 상기 언로드밸브의 본체를 구성하는 하우징에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목 · 건설기계의 유압구동장치.
- 상기 유압펌프가 가변용량형의 펌프이며, 상기 유압원은 다시 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력과 부하압력과의 차압이 제3의 소정치로 유지되도록 상기 유압 펌프의 토출유량을 제어하는 레귤레이터를 포함하는 청구의 범위 제1항의 토목 · 건설기계의 유압구동장치에 있어서, 상기 제한적 연통수단은 상기 차압이 상기 제1 및 제2의 소정치보다 큰 제4의 소정치를 초과했을때 상기 제1의 수압실과 상기 제2의 수압실과를 연통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목 · 건설기계의 유압구동장치.
- 유압펌프를 포함하는 유압원과, 이 유압원으로부터 공급되는 압유에 의해서 구동하는 유압액튜에이터와, 상기 유압원으로부터 상기 유압액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 방향전환 밸브를 구비한 토목 · 건설기계의 유압구동장치에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프의 토출관로에 접속되고, 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력과 상기 액튜에이터의 부하압력과의 차압이 제1의 소정치를 초과하면 유압펌프로부터의 압유를 탱크에 방출하여, 그 차압을 제어하는 언로드밸브로서, 상기 언로드밸브가 스풀과, 상기 스풀의 일단측에 배설되어 유압펌프의 토출압력이 도입되는 제1의 수압실, 상기 스풀의 타단측에 배설되어 상기 유압액튜에이터의 부하압력이 도입되는 제2의 수압실을 가진 언로드밸브에 있어서, 상기 제1의 수압실과 상기 제2의 수압실과를 선택적으로 연통시키는 제한적 연통수단을 배설하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치용 언로드밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제한적 연통수단은 상기 차압이 상기 제1의 소정치보다 큰 제2의 소정치를 초과했을때 상기 제1의 수압실과 상기 제2의 수압실과를 연통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치용 언로드밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제한적 연통수단은 상기 제1의 수압실과 상기 제2의 수압실과를 연통시키는 통로와, 상기 통로중에 배설된 스로틀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치용 언로드밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제한적 연통수단은 상기 스풀내에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치용 언로드밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제한적 연통수단은 상기 언로드밸브 본체를 구성하는 하우징에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치용 언로드밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
