발광조성물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본발명의 발광조성물중에 포함되는 황화물 형광체에 부착한 알루미나의 부착량과 이 발광조성물로 된 초기발광휘도와의 관계를 표시한 그래프이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 발광조성물에 포함되는 황화물 형광제에 부착한 알루미나의 부착량과 이 발광조성물로 된 형광표시관의 1000시간 점등 후에 있어서의 발광휘도와의 관계를 표시한 그래프이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 조성식 (Zn1-x,Cdx)S (단, x는 0≤x≤1인 조건을 만족시키는 수이다)로 나타내는 황화물을 모체로 하여, 그 표면에 산화아연(ZnO) 또는 열처리에 의해서 산화아연(ZnO)으로 변할 수 있는 화합물과 알루미나를 부착시켜서 구성된 황화물 형광체와 도전성 물질과의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발광조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나의 부착량이 알루미늄이 양으로 환산하여 0 보다 많고 850ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화아연 또는 열처리에 의해서 산화아연으로 변할 수 있는 화합물의 부착량이 아연의 양으로 환산하여 0.005 내지 1.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광조성물.
