Abstract

고전류 밀도 및 고전압으로 구동되는 표시소자용 혼합 청색발광 형광체가 개시된다. 은 부활, 알루미늄 공부활 황화아연 형광체(ZnS : Ag,Al)와 터븀 부활 산염화란탄 형광체(LaOCl :Tb)와의 혼합 청색발광 형광체는 특히 고전류 밀도하에서 휘도포화 특성이 우수하고 발광휘도가 높다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 적색발광 형광체(Y2O3: Eu) 및 녹생발광 형광체[LaOCl : Tb 및 Y3(Al,Ga)5O12:Tb]의 발광 스펙트럼을 나타내는 그래프로서, a는 Y2O3: Eu 형광체에 대한 것이고, b는 LaOCl : Tb 형광체에 대한 것이고, c는 Y3(Al,Ga)5O12:Tb 형광체에 대한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 은 부활, 알루미늄 공부활 황화아연 형광체(ZnS : Ag,Al)와 터븀 부활 산염화란탄 형광체(LaOCl : Tb)의 혼합 청색발광 형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체의 혼합량이 상기 ZnS :Ag,Al 형광체를 기준으로 하여 상기 LaOCl : Tb 형광체의 양이 15중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 청색발광 형광체.
