Claims (2)

  1. 조성식이 (In1-x-yLixEuy).n BO3로 나타내어지는 적색 발광 형광체. (단 식중에서 x,y의 값은 각각 0＜x≤0.1, 0＜y≤0.1 이고, n값은 0.5;≤n≤2.0임)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기식중 x, y의 값이 각각 0.0001≤x≤0.09, 0.0003≤y≤0.08이고, n값은 1≤n≤1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색 발광 형광체.
