제3a도 및 3b도는 표면들상에 연마재 피막을 가지고 있는 +자형 드라이버의 선단의 확대 측면도 및 단부도.

Claims (7)

  1. 공구의 작업 요소상에 미끄럼 방지 표면을 가지고 있으며, 상기 미끄럼 방지 표면이 0.076내지 0.25㎜(0.003 내지 0.010in)의 입자 크기를 가지고 있는 다이아몬드 대용 입자들의 피막, 및 석질 입자들을 작업 요소에 결합하는 코발트 또는 니켈을 40%보다 많이 함유하는 금속 브레이징 합금으로 구성되고, 입자들의 체적의 35%보다 많은 부분이 합금에 의해 포위 및 지지되어 있는 공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 대용 입자들이 금속 탄화물들로 구성된 공구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 대용 입자들이 텅스텐 탄화물들로 구성된 공구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 작업 요소가 피막의 두께를 수용하기 위하여 0.10 내지 0.38㎜(0.004 내지 0.015in)의 감소된 치수를 가지고 있는 공구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 공구가 드라이버이고 작업 요소가 드라이버의 팁인 공구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 작업 표면이 렌치의 대향된 조오들인 공구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 공구가 규격 치수들 보다 더 작은 팁을 가지고 있는 드라이버이며, 피막은 팁이 대체로 규격 치수들과 동일하게 될 만큼 충분히 두꺼운 공구.
