Abstract
本发明提供的是一种设有金属颗粒涂层的拧扣机夹钳。在拧扣机的拧扣环上四周安装有夹钳,夹钳上设有金属颗粒涂层。所述金属颗粒涂层是在夹钳面上设置铜质层,铜质层与夹钳面焊接为一体,在铜质层表面喷涂金属颗粒层。使用本发明夹钳,能够保证管路不会破损,延长管路的使用寿命,而且该拧扣机夹钳能够对大型管路进行拧扣连接或拆卸,具有适应面广和保护管体的优点。适宜作为拧扣机的夹钳使用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是机械领域应用的一种设有金属颗粒涂层的拧扣机夹钳。
背景技术
现有大型金属管用丝扣连接时,拆装需要拧扣机,在拧扣机上装有夹钳。目前所使用的夹钳通常是金属齿形结构,在拧扣时容易在管上留下印痕,这种印痕会破坏管道结构,并且影响美观,最后造成管端严重毁损,甚至不能继续使用。
发明内容
为了减少拧扣管路破损,本发明提供了一种设有金属颗粒涂层的拧扣机夹钳。该夹钳通过在夹钳上设有金属颗粒涂层,解决拧扣机夹钳不破坏管路的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在拧扣机的拧扣环上四周安装有夹钳,夹钳上设有金属颗粒涂层。
所述金属颗粒涂层是在夹钳面上设置铜质层,铜质层与夹钳面焊接为一体,在铜质层表面喷涂金属颗粒层。
积极效果,使用本发明夹钳,能够保证管路不会破损,延长管路的使用寿命,而且该拧扣机夹钳能够对大型管路进行拧扣连接或拆卸,具有适应面广和保护管体的优点。适宜作为拧扣机的夹钳使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在拧扣机的拧扣环1上四周安装有夹钳2,夹钳上设有金属颗粒涂层2.1。
所述金属颗粒涂层是在夹钳面上设置铜质层2.0,铜质层与夹钳面焊接为一体,在铜质层表面喷涂金属颗粒层,所述金属颗粒层采用铂、金、铌、铑及其合金。
本发明的使用过程:
将待拧扣的管路一端穿过拧扣环中,启动液压机构使拧扣机夹钳收紧于管路外壁上,并夹紧,另一端拧扣环旋转,将管路与管路之间的丝扣旋紧或松开,实现管路的拧扣。
由于夹钳上设有金属颗粒涂层,所以与管壁接触不会留下印痕,并且保持足够大的夹紧力,保证管路完好无损。

1.一种设有金属颗粒涂层的拧扣机夹钳,其特征是:在拧扣机的拧扣环(1)上四周安装有夹钳(2),夹钳上设有金属颗粒涂层(2.1);
所述金属颗粒涂层是在夹钳面上设置铜质层(2.0),铜质层与夹钳面焊接为一体,在铜质层表面喷涂金属颗粒层,所述金属颗粒层采用铂、金、铌、铑及其合金。
