제1A도 및 제1B도는 본 발명에 의한 전동벨트의 부분단면도로서 제1A도는 타이밍벨트(timing belt)에 쓰여지며 제1B도는 코그벨트(cog belt)에 쓰여짐.
제2도, 제3도 및 제4도는 본 발명의 제조방법을 나타낸 것으로 제2도는 부직포로 내부다이(die)를 커버하는 프로세스에서 내부다이의 일부 횡단면도이고.
제3도는 장력코오드(tensile cords)을 감는 공정에서 내부다이의 일부분이부분단면도이고.
Claims (5)
- 탄성재매트릭스(elastomer matrix)로 구성하고 내부원둘레에 따라 일정한 길이방향의 간격으로 볼록형성(convex)을 형성한 다수의 톱니부분과 그 사이에 형성된 다수의 톱니저면(tooth bottoms)을 구비한 이음매없는 벨트본체(endless belt body)와, 상기 밸트본체내에 매입(embed)되어 상기 톱니저면표면상에서 일정한 길이로 벨트의 길이방향에 상기 벨트본체의 피치라인(pitch line)에 따라 형성되는 인장코오드(tensile cords)와, 강도가 큰 섬유로 구성되고 상기 밸트본체내에 매입되며 상기 톱니저면의 표면아래에 있는 상기 인장코오드를 커버하는 상기 톱니저면에 합침시킨 탄성제 매트릭스를 가진 압축된 엷은층을 형성하도록하고 상기 톱니부분의 내측에서 상기 압축층에 연속적으로 그리고 길이방향으로 가압함이 없이 골고루 분산되어 확산상태로 배치환 부직포(nonwoven fabric)를 구성함을 특징으로 한 전동밸트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨트는 로에지타입(raw edge type)의 벨트인상기 전동벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨트는 타이밍벨트(timing belt)임을 특징으로 한 상기 전동밸트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨트는 코그벨트(cog belt)임을 특징으로한 상기 전동밸트.
- 원통형상 내부다이를 구비한 성형다이(forming dies)를 사용하며, 그 내부다이의 원통형외주면이 상기 벨트본체의 상기 톱니저면을 형성하는 다수의 상면(top faces)과, 상기 톱니부분을 형성하는 다수의 요홈과 외부다이의 내주면이 일정한 갭을 가진 상기내부다이의 외주면에서 상기 상면과 결착하는 원통형상 외부다이로 구성하는 상기 성형다이에 의한 전동밸트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 내부다이의 외주원통형 상면을 용량이 크게 가압하지 아니한 부직포로 커버시키는 공정과, 상기 부직포를 압축하는 상기 내부다이의 외주원통형상면에 따라 상기 부직포상에서 나선상(spirally)으로 상기 인장코오드(tensile cords)를 감아 상기 상면상에서 주어진 두께로 형성하도록 하는 공정과, 상기 내부다이주위에 상기 외부다이를 설정하여상기 성형다이를 설치시키는 공정과, 상기 벨트본체의 매트릭스(matrix)를 구성하는 탄성재를 상기 내부다이와 외부다이 사이의 갭(gap)에 주입시켜 상기 탄성재를 경화시켜 원통형상본체를 성형시키는 공정과, 상기 성형다이를 탈형시켜 얻어진 상기 원통형상성형체를 주어진 너비로 하여 슬라이싱(slicing)시키는 공정으로 구성시킴을 특징으로 한 상기 전동밸트의 제조방법.※참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
