- 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 5-클로로-2,3-디플루오로피리딘을 동몰량의 염기의 존재하에 불활성용매 또는 희석재 속에서 하기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 4-하이드록시페녹시-α-프로피온산 프로피닐 에스테르의 (R)-에난티오머와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 2-〔4-(5-클로로-3-플루오로피리딘-2-일옥시)-페녹시〕-프로피온산 프로피닐 에스테르의 (R)-에난티오머를 제조하는 방법.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 2-〔4-(5-클로로-3-플루오로피리딘-2-일옥시)-페녹시〕-프로피온산 할라이드의 (R)-에난티오머를 동몰량의 염기의 존재하에 불활성 유기용매 또는 희석제 속에서 프로피놀(HO-CH2C≡CH)과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 2-〔4-(5-클로로-3-플루오로피리딘-2-일옥시)-페녹시〕-프로피온산 프로피닐 에스테르의 (R)-에난티오머를 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서,Hal은 할로겐이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
