제1도는 본 발명에 관한 파워 스티어링 시스템의 일실시예를 나타낸 구성도. 제2A도 및 2B도는 본 발명에 관한 타각센서의 구성을 설명하기 위한 설명도. 제3A도 및 3B도는 타각 센서의 출력 신호를 설명하기 위한 파형도. 제4도는 본 발명의 회로 구성의 일실시예를 나타낸 블럭도. 제5도는 본 발명의 동작원리를 설명하기 위한 설명도. 제6도 내지 제8도는 본 발명에 관한 동작의 일예를 나타낸 플로우챠트이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 복수회 회전하는 조타핸들의 회전을 검출하여 그 조타핸들의 중립 위치를 포함하는 복수의 조타각위치에서 기준펄스를 발생함과 동시에, 그 조타 핸들의 회전에 따라 각도 펄스를 발생하는 타각센서와, 그 타각센서로 부터의 상기 각도 펄스를 상기 조타핸들의 조타 방향에 따라 업 카운트 또는 다운 카운트하는 업/다운 카운터와, 차속을 검출하는 차속센서와, 그 차속센서에 의하여 검출된 차속이 소정치이상이지의 여부를 판정하는 수단(스텝 SI)과, 그 판정수단인 상기 차속이 소정치 이상이라고 판정함과 동시에 상기 타각 센서가 상기 기준 펄스를 발생하였을때, 상기 카운터를 중립위치를 표시하는 카운터치에 리세트하는 수단(스텝 S3)과, 상기 업/다운 카운터의 카운터치를 하나의 파라미터로 하여 파워 스티어링 제어를 행하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 조타핸들의 조작 타각 검출장치를 가지는 파워 스티어링 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기타각센서가 로타리 엔코더인 것을 특징으로 하는 조타핸들의 조작타각 검출장치를 가지는 파워 스티어링 제어장치
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로타리 엔코더가 상기 조타핸들의 회전에 따라 회전되고, 그 회전 각도를 검출하기 위하여 환상으로 배치된 다수의 각도 위치 신호를 발생하는 제1부의 부분과 기준각도 위치를 표시하는 신호를 발생하는 제2의 부분을 가지는 회전부재와, 상기 제1의 부분에 대향하여 그 부분에서 발생된 신호로 부터 회전방향을 검지할 수 있는 위상차를 가지는 2개의 신호를 검출하기 위한 제1의 검출소자와, 상기 제1의 부분에서 발생된 신호를 감출하는 제2의 검출소자의 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 조타핸들의 조작타각 검출장치를 가지는 파워 스티어링 제어장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1부의 부분이 S극과 N극을 교대로 착자시킨 것이고, 상기 제2의 부분이 한쌍의 N극과 S극으로서 이루어지고, 또 상기 제1 및 제2의 검출 소자가 자기저항 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 조타핸들의 조작타각 검출장치를 가지는 파워스티어링 제어장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 검출소자가 90도의 위상차를 가진 신호를 발생하도록 배치된 2개의 검지부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조타핸들의 조작타각 검출장치를 가지는 파워 스티어링 제조장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기/다운 카운터가 소프트 카운터인 것을 특징으로 하는 조타핸들의 조작타각 검출장치를 가지는 파워 스티어링 제어장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판정수단은 차속이 40km/h 이상인지의 여부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조타핸들의 조작타각 검출장치를 가지는 파워 스티어링 제어장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판정수단은 상기 타각 센서로 부터의 기준펄스가 검출될때 마다 실행하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조타핸들의 조작타각 검출장치를 가지는 파워 스티어링 제어장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단이 조타핸들로 부터의 조타력의 소멸시의 복원력제어, 차속에 따라서 행하여지는 파워 어시스트럭 제어 및, 파워 어시스트 제어시에 행하여지는 작동기의 관성 보상제어중 적어도 하나를 실행하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조타핸들의 조작 타각 검출장치를 가지는 파워스티어링 제어장치.
