Claims (9)

  1. 차량프레임(2)에 적어도 하나 이상의 중간부재(3,10)를 거쳐 제동이 걸리는 차량바퀴(9)의 축에 대하여 거의 반지름 방향으로 이동할 수 있고, 이 축에 대하여 적어도 평행으로 되어있고, 브레이크 블록슈(6)의 중심점(S)에 대하여 일정한 간격으로 제공되어 있는 회전축(5) 둘레를 회전할 수 있게 지지되어 있는 브레이크 블록슈(6)와 중간부재(3,10) 및 브레이크 블록슈(6) 사이에서 작용하고, 브레이크 블록슈(6) 또는 중간부재(3,10)중 하나에 이동할 수 있게 지지되어 있는 마찰블록(20)이 제공되어 있고, 다른부재-중간부재(3,10)또는 브레이크 블록슈(6)-의 마찰표면(14,28,28)에 탄력적으로 눌려 있는 브레이크 블록판이 있고, 회전축(5) 주위에서 일어나는 중간부재(3,10)와 브레이크 블록슈(6)사이의 상대비틀림이 마찰블록(20)과 마찰표면(14,28,29) 사이의 상대비틀림에 의하여 마찰적으로 저지되는 궤도차량용 블록 브레이크로서, 마찰표면(14,28,29)이 브레이크 블록슈(6)가 중력에 의하여 회전축(5) 둘레를 회전할때 마찰블록(20)을 그 스프링 부하(18,24)에 대하여 되밀어내는 쐐기 표면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 브레이크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전축(5)과 거의 수직으로 교차하는 활면(21)에 대하여 거의 대칭적으로 배치된 2개의 마찰블록(20) 및 마찰표면(14)이 있고, 마찰표면(14)이 이중쐐기 모양으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 브레이크.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 양마찰블록(20)과 그 부하 스프링(18)이 동일축 방향으로 배열되어 있고, 마찰표면(14) 쪽으로 향한 마찰블록(20)의 앞면(22)이 마찰블록 (20)의 공동축(23)에 수직으로 교차하는 평면(21)에 대하여 웨지각(wedge angle)(α)으로 경사진 웨지표면(14)을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 브레이크(제2도)
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 양마찰 블록(20)이 그 사이에 배치된 스프링(24)에 의하여 서로 반대되는 방향으로부하되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 브레이크(제4도)
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 각 마찰블록(20)과 이 마찰블록에 연관된 스프링(18)의 축(23)이 마찰블록(20)에 인접한 마찰표면(14)에 대하여 직각으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록브레이크(제3도)
  6. 제1항 내지 제 5항중 한항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 마찰표면(28,29)이 회전축(5) 둘레에 있는 호상곡면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 브레이크(제5도)
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 마찰표면(28,29)이 차량바퀴(9)의 축에 대하여 수직방향에 있는 회전축(5)으로 이동된 실린더축(30,31) 둘레에 있는 실린더 표면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 브레이크(제5도)
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 브레이크 블록슈(6)가 차량바퀴의 축에 대하여 반지를 방향으로 세로이동을 하는 압봉(10)에 의하여 차량바퀴(9)에 눌릴 수 있고, 경우레 따라서는 압봉(10)에 대하여 수직으로 뻗어있는 스윙에보에 의하여 안내되는 블록 브레이크 장치로서, 브레이크 블록판의 부재로 제공되는 중간부재가 압봉(10)으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 브레이크.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서 한항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 중간부재, 경우에 따라서는 압봉(10)에 마찰표면(14,28,29)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 브레이크.
