Claims (9)
- 철심에 실치한 슬롯과 이 슬롯내에 배치한 절연피복선으로 구성한 코일과, 이 코일과 상기 철심과의 사이에 설치한 쿠션재로 이루어진 것에 있어서, 상기 코일의 쿠션재와 대면하고 있는 절연피복은 곡면형상을 가지며, 또한 상기 코일의 도선끼리가 대면하고 있는 부분은 상기 쿠션재와 대면하고 있는 부분에 비해 표면이 평탄한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기의 전기자.
- 상기 코일의 최소한 상기 슬롯내에 위치하는 부분에서는 상기 도선 상호간의 정렬상태로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 회전전기의 전기자.
- 상기 쿠션재는 상기 철심 및 도선보다도 탄성을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 1 또는 2기재의 회전전기의 전기자.
- 상기 쿠션재는 절연물임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1 또는 3의 어딘가에 기재한 회전전기의 전기자.
- 상기 쿠션재는 절연물임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1 또는 3의 어딘가에 기재한 회전전기의 전기자.
- 칠심에 설치한 슬롯내에 쿠션재를 배치하고, 이 쿠션재 안쪽에는 절연피복도선으로 구성한 코일을 배치하여, 이 코일을 상기 슬롯의 개구부에서 저부를 향해 압압하고, 최소한 상기 도선끼리가 대향하고 있는 부분의 단면형상을 소성변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기의 전기자 제조방법.
- 성형형에 설치한 슬롯내에 쿠션재를 설치하고, 이 쿠션재의 안쪽에 전연피복도선으로 구성한 코일을 배치하여, 이 코일을 압압하여 최소한 상기 도선끼리가 대항하고 있는 부분의 단면형상을 소성변형시킨 다음, 상기 코일을 설치한 슬롯내에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기의 전기자 제조방법.
- 상기 질연피복도선은 자기융착성 절연도선을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 회전기의 전기자 제조방법.
