Description
Claims (18)
- 용융수지를 가압하여, 사출하는 사출부재와,사출구동부에서 발생한 회전운동을, 이 사출부재의 직선운동으로 변환하는 운동변환기구와,이 용융수지의 반력(反力)으로서 상기 사출부재에 작용하는 하중을, 이 운동변환기구의 적어도 일부를 통하여 변형부재(deformation member)에 전달하는 하중전달기구,를 가지는 사출장치로서,상기 하중전달기구는 상기 하중을 받는 스러스트 베어링을 포함하고, 상기 변형부재의 내주(內周)측이 이 스러스트 베어링의 외주(外周)를 지지하는 베어링 지지부재에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 사출구동부의 회전을 운동방향 변환기구에 전달시키기 위한 회전전달부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 회전전달부는, 상기 사출구동부에 내포(內包)시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 회전전달부는, 스플라인 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 회전전달부와 상기 사출구동부의 사이에 감속부가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 사출구동부는, 전후진하는 상기 사출부재에 대한 고정지지부에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 사출부재와 함께 진퇴하는 가동(可動) 플레이트와, 상기 사출부재를 상기 가동 플레이트에 회전 가능하게 지지하는 전달부를 가지고,이 전달부는 상기 가동 플레이트에 대하여 착탈(着脫) 가능하게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 전달부는, 상기 사출부재로부터의 스러스트 하중을 받는 하중받이부, 및, 사출부재 회전용 모터의 회전을 상기 사출부재에 전달하는 스크루 회전구동 전달부를 포함하고,이 회전전달부는, 상기 가동 플레이트에 착탈 가능하게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 사출부재 회전용 모터는, 상기 가동 플레이트에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 사출부재 회전용 모터는, 상기 스크루 회전구동 전달부에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 전달부는, 상기 사출부재로부터의 스러스트 하중을 받는 하중받이부, 및, 사출부재 회전용 모터의 회전을 상기 사출부재에 전달하는 스크루 회전구동 전달부를 구비하고,상기 하중받이부 및 스크루 회전구동 전달부는, 상기 가동 플레이트에 착탈 가능하게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 회전전달부는, 상기 가동 플레이트에 대하여 고정위치를 변경할 수 있도록 고정기구에 의해 상기 가동 플레이트에 고정되고, 그로써 상기 사출부재의 심(芯)조정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 사출구동부는 상기 변형부재의 변형에 수반하여 변위 가능하게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 사출구동부는, 상기 베어링 지지부재와 함께 상기 변형부재에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 사출구동부는 상기 변형부재에 대하여 중심축을 맞추기 위한 위치결정부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 사출구동부는 상기 운동변환기구와 동일 선상에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 사출구동부는 감속부를 구비하고, 상기 사출구동부의 회전축은 이 감속부의 출력축인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 변형부재는, 상기 하중전달기구에 착탈 가능하게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치.
