Claims (12)
- 모더나이트, 베타형 제올라이트 및 ZSM-5형 제올라이트로 구성된 군으로부터 적어도 하나가 선택되는, 실리카/알루미나의 몰 비가 200 이하인 제올라이트 10∼95 중량% 및 무기질 바인더 5∼90 중량%를 혼합하여 담체로 사용하고, 상기 혼합담체에 백금/주석 또는 백금/납을 담지시켜 제조되며, 상기에서 혼합담체 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 백금의 함량은 0.01∼0.5 중량부이고, 상기 주석의 함량은 0.01∼5.0 중량부이며, 그리고 상기 납의 함량은 0.02∼5.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트 및 무기질 바인더의 혼합담체가 0.4∼1.0 ㏄/g의 겉보기 충진 밀도, 50∼200Å의 평균 기공직경, 0.1∼1 ㏄의 기공부피 및 200∼400㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기질 바인더는 감마알루미나, 실리카, 실리카알루미나, 벤토나이트, 카오린, 크리노프티로라이트 및 몬트모리로나이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 적어도 하나가 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 제올라이트 및 무기질 바인더를 혼합, 성형하는 단계; 주석 또는 납을 상기 성형된 혼합담체에 담지시키는 단계; 및 상기 주석 또는 납이 담지된 혼합담체에 백금을 담지시키는 단계에 따라 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 제올라이트 및 무기질 바인더를 혼합하는 단계; 상기 혼합담체에 백금과 주석 또는 납을 혼합하여 담지시키는 단계; 및 상기 담지된 혼합담체를 성형하는 단계에 따라 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 제올라이트에 백금을 담지시키는 단계; 상기 백금이 담지된 제올라이트 및 무기질 바인더를 혼합하고 성형하는 단계; 및 상기 백금이 담지된 혼합담체에 주석 또는 납을 담지시키는 단계에 따라 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 제올라이트 및 무기질 바인더를 혼합, 성형하면서 백금과 주석 및 납 중 어느 하나의 금속을 담지시키는 단계; 및 상기 혼합담체에 전단계에서 담지되지 않은, 나머지 금속을 담지시키는 단계에 따라 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 상기 혼합담체에 백금/주석 또는 백금/납을 담지한 후에 60∼200℃에서 30분 내지 12시간 동안 건조시킨 다음, 공기 또는 질소 분위기 및 300∼600℃의 온도조건에서 1∼12시간 동안 소성시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- a) 적어도 하나의 반응기를 포함하고, 상기 반응기 내에 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매를 포함하는 반응 영역 내로 30∼250℃의 비점을 갖는, 방향족 탄화수소와 비방향족 탄화수소의 원료 혼합물 및 수소를 제공하는 단계;b) 상기 반응 영역 내에서 상기 방향족 탄화수소 화합물을 탈알킬화 또는 트랜스 알킬화 반응시키고, 상기 비방향족 탄화수소 화합물을 수소첨가 분해반응시키는 단계;c) 상기 반응 종료 후에 반응영역으로부터 배출되는 생성물을 기액분리기에 도입하여 수소, 메탄, 에탄과 LPG 성분을 포함하는 제1 상단 흐름 및 방향족 혼합물과 소량의 수소와 비방향족 성분을 포함하는 제1 바닥 흐름으로 분리하는 단계;d) 상기 제1 상단 흐름으로부터 LPG 성분을 회수하는 단계;e) 상기 제1 바닥 흐름을 증류탑으로 도입하여 잔여수소와 비방향족 성분인 제2 상단흐름 및 방향족 성분인 제2 바닥흐름으로 분리하는 단계; 및f) 상기 제2 상단흐름으로부터 LPG 성분을 회수하고, 상기 제2 바닥흐름으로부터 방향족 혼합물을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 a) 단계의 반응영역으로 도입되는 원료혼합물 및 수소의 공간속도가 0.5∼10 hr-1이고, 수소와 원료혼합물의 몰 비가 0.5∼10인 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계의 반응이 250∼600℃ 및 5∼50 기압에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 원료 혼합물이 접촉개질유, 열분해 가솔린, C9이상인 방향족 함유 혼합물, 나프타 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소 화합물과 액화석유가스를 제조하는 방법.
