Claims (7)
- 이중 스테이지 에어백 팽창기(30)에 있어서,제 1 양의 가스 발생 화학물질을 수용하며, 이와 연통되는 다수의 제 1 가스 포트(7)를 구비하는 제 1 연소 챔버(1)와,제 2 양의 가스 발생 화학물질을 수용하며, 제 2 폐쇄부를 구비하는 다수의 제 2 가스 포트(22)를 구비하는 제 2 연소 챔버(2)로서, 상기 제 2 가스 포트는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 연소 챔버를 연결하는, 상기 제 2 연소 챔버(2)와,제 1 양의 가스 발생 화학물질의 점화용 제 1 점화기 수단(9)과,제 2 양의 가스 발생 화학물질의 점화용 제 2 점화기 수단(8)과,상기 제 1 및 제 2 점화기 수단에 연결된 센서 진단 수단으로서, 감지 수단이 상기 제 1 및 제 2 점화기 수단에 신호를 전송하여 상기 제 1 및 제 2 점화기 수단을 필요할 때 작동시키는, 상기 센서 진단 수단을 포함하는이중 스테이지 에어백 팽창기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 연소 챔버(1)와 제 1 가스 포트(7) 사이에 위치된 제 1 필터(18)와, 제 2 연소기 쳄버(2)와 제 2 가스 포트(22) 사이에 위치된 제 2 필터(19)를 더 포함하는이중 스테이지 에어백 팽창기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 연소 챔버(1, 2) 양자를 위한 연소 챔버 압력이 상기 제 1 가스 포트(7)에 의해 제어되는이중 스테이지 에어백 팽창기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 가스 포트(7)에 부착된 파열 포일(24)을 더 포함하는이중 스테이지 에어백 팽창기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 폐쇄부가 제 2 가스 포트(22)상의 포일(24)인이중 스테이지 에어백 팽창기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 연소 챔버(1)와 제 1 가스 포트(7) 사이에 위치된 제 1 가스 플리넘(20)과, 상기 제 2 연소 챔버(2)와 제 2 가스 포트(22) 사이에 위치된 제 2 가스 플리넘(21)을 더 포함하는이중 스테이지 에어백 팽창기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 강화부(17)를 포함하는 제 1 연소 챔버 강화 튜브(12)와, 제 2 강화부(16)를 포함하는 제 2 연소 챔버 강화 튜브를 더 포함하며, 상기 제 1 강화 튜브는 상기 제 1 연소 챔버(1)내에 위치된 다수의 상기 제 1 강화 포트를 구비하며, 상기 제 1 점화기 수단은 상기 제 1 강화부를 점화시켜서 상기 제 1 양의 가스 발생 화학물질을 점화시키며, 상기 제 1 강화부 포트를 통해 방출되는 고온 가스를 생성시키는 상기 제 2 강화 튜브는 상기 제 2 연소 챔버(2)내에 위치된 다수의 상기 제 2 강화 포트를 구비하며, 상기 제 2 점화기 수단은 제 2 강화부를 점화시켜서 상기 제 2 양의 가스 발생 화학물질을 점화시키는 상기 제 2 강화부 포트를 통해 방출되는 고온 가스를 생성시키는이중 스테이지 에어백 팽창기.
