Claims (7)
- 입방정 질화붕소(cubic boron nitride:CBN)를 35용적% 이상 85용적% 이하로 함유하는 기판(a)과원소 주기율표의 4a, 5a, 6a족 원소 및 Al의 그룹으로부터 선택된 원소 1종 이상과 C, N 및 O로부터 선택된 원소 1종 이상으로 이루어진 1개 이상의 화합물 층을 포함하며 기판 위에 위치하는 경질 피막(b)을 포함하며,경질 피막의 두께(c)가 0.3㎛ 이상 10㎛ 이하이고,경질 피막의 중앙선 평균 조도 Ra(d)가 0.2㎛ 이하인, 피복된 PCBN 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판이 원소 주기율표의 4a, 5a, 6a족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 붕소화물 및 산화물과 이들의 고체 용액의 그룹으로부터 선택된 것 1종 이상과 AlN, AlB2, Al2O3및 이들의 고체 용액으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것 1종 이상을 포함하는 접착재(bonding material)를 함유하는, 피복된 PCBN 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판 중의 CBN 입자의 평균 직경이 4.0㎛ 이하인, 피복된 PCBN 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ti를 함유하고 융점이 650℃를 초과하는 땜납을 사용하여, 기판을 시멘트화 탄화물, 세라믹, 써밋(cermet) 및 철계 금속의 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 기재에 접착시킨, 피복된 PCBN 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경질 피막이 하나 이상의 TiN 층을 함유하는, 피복된 PCBN 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경질 피막이 하나 이상의 TiAlN의 층을 함유하는, 피복된 PCBN 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경질 피막의 중앙선 평균 조도가 0.1㎛ 이하인, 피복된 PCBN 절삭 공구.
